Welcome to Eagle Point at Lake Adger. As my guest, my goal is to provide an atmosphere of genuine comfort in a warm, relaxed yet refined log cabin where good memories can be made. Pictured here with my two sons.
Why Alicia chose Mill Spring
Purchased property in 1998 to camp, swim, canoe, and fish on with my family and black lab. Log cabin built in 2007 by Seay Construction.
What makes this Cabin unique
Peaceful and serene four season log cabin on wooded lot within easy driving distance from Charlotte, Asheville and Greenville/Spartanburg SC. Favorite time of day - late afternoon sunset over sparkling water. "Sparkle Time"! Our sanctuary in the woods. Near all the local treasures.

Honestly, the quality of the house was better than expected. The house was clean and reasonably priced. The view was gorgeous. In general it was worth it, no concerns. Great house!
Lovely cabin and fabulous location
We loved the beautiful cabin with its well stocked kitchen and great screened porch. Had lots of fun paddling the canoe and swimming in the lake. Alicia provided information about nearby hikes. All in all, a great time!
Peaceful and Beautiful
We enjoyed the beautifully apppointed cabin immensely. The location is excellent and the view of the lake and surrounding wooded property is perfect. We were looking for a serene and relaxing Memeorial Day weekend and were not disappointed. We spent most of our time lakeside and on the perfect screened in porch.
Hope to return next year!!
We absolutely loved, loved this cabin and its location. This one of the most memorable stays for our family. It was four of us and the house worked out perfect. We have two teen boys. One slept in second bedroom and the other up in the loft. The house had everything we needed. Its tastefully decorated and very warm and cozy. It’s not your typical rental home without soul or personality. Everything in this home felt as home away from home. Alicia, the owner has it all together. There is not one thing that I can complain about. The house is perfectly located right on a lake. We did kayaking, my husband likes to fish, so he spent a lot of time on a pier and even caught one fish, we let it go of course. The tranquility, privacy and calmness are priceless. We did smores by fire pit every night. Also went on a rented pontoon boat on Lake Lure and saw all the magnificent homes there. Ate at local restaurants. Also cooked breakfast and other simple dishes. Did zip lining at the Gorge. It was a great bonding experience for our family. Highly recommend this lovely house for family vacation. Thank you Alicia for letting us stay at your beautiful house!!
Cozy and comfortable
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and included everything that we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The proximity to the lake, the nice fire pit, and the canoe were just what we were looking for.
The place was so quiet I didn't hear a 50 ft waterfall that was only about 100 yards away.
The cabin was very nice with lots of personal touches. The owner left cookies & a card for us upon arrival. My wife fell and scraped her knee, but the place was fully stocked with medical supplies. Flashlights were available so I could walk the dog or bbq at night. Beds were very comfortable (memory foam mattress in the spare bedroom). My favorite part was the hot chocolate on the back deck rocking chairs overlooking the lake. Even had board games for the day it rained. Would recommend to any family who wishes to get away from amusement parks & electronics. Did have a consistent 4G coverage.
Beautifully appointed lakefront log cabin on large wooded lot with private dock and community walking trails. Swimming, fishing, boating. 15 min. to Tryon International Equestrian Center, 10 min. to Lake Lure, 30 min. to Chimney Rock, 45 min. to Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Other nearby attractions: Pearson Falls, Bradley Falls,, The Carl Sandburg house, wine tasting, Flat Rock Playhouse, Tryon equestrian events. Green River tubing and Hickory Nut Gorge zip lining.
* One good dog welcome with owner's permission for an additional $15.00 per night.
