Giesinger Impressionen

Die FW liegt sehr zentral. In der näheren Umgebung sind fussläufig Restaurants und Biergärten zu erreichen. Giesing ist ein sehr schöner Stadtteil, ganz in der Nähe der FW fließt die Au. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, in der FW mangelt es an nichts und wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Angenehmes Wohnen in Giesing

Wir haben unseren 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt in München sehr genossen, wozu unsere geräumige und hell und freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung sicherlich beigetragen hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Heizung funktionierte prima. Auch wenn das Treppenhaus noch nicht renoviert war, befand sich die Whg. in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Aldi oder etliche Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung durch eine nah gelegene UBahn ist perfekt. Frau Gegenfurtner ist eine engagierte und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert hat.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Karins Wohnung war perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in München. Geräumig, gemütlich, ruhig und super eingerichtet. Und die Lage ist toll: Isarstrand und Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen, und unzählige Restaurants und Cafés direkt im die Ecke. Insbesondere das "Ganz Woanders" ist eine echte Entdeckung!

Bright and comfy apartment

Our hostess, Frau Geggenfurtner, was super friendly and very patient because, due to traveling problems, we were very late in arriving. The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright and tastefully-furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped and practical with a full oven, a dishwasher and enough dishes to make using it worthwhile. Beds were very comfy. The shower was sufficiently spacious and hot water good. Close to a U-bahn station and bus service. The stairs up to the apartment are very narrow so be careful, especially with luggage. The sliding front door is a little unusual but we got used to it pretty easily.
