About this property

Our semi-detached, three-storey house offers charm and comfort throughout. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
The ground floor has a comfortable, open lounge dining area with a dining table for 6. There is a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bench .
On the first floor there is 1 bedroom: a master bedroom (double bed, 160cm) with en suite shower, and a separate toilet.
The 2nd (top) floor bedroom has a double size bed (160) and en suite bathroom. A mattress on the flore can be added for a Young person.
Outside, the courtyard and garden are both south facing and sheltered. There you can enjoy eating outdoors.
It is an easy and very pleasant house to live in with a lot of charm

Bezaubernd

Ein wunderschönes, charmantes , altes Haus mit Herz. Der Garten ist ebenfalls ein Traum und versorgt mit Himbeeren, Tomaten und Kräutern. Wir hatten an Ausstattung alles, was wir brauchten und mehr. Der Ort ist ruhig mit netter Nachbarschaft. Die Rance ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, ein tägliches Bad ist kein Problem.

Magnifique endroit

La maison est très confortable et agréable à vivre. On se sent très bien dans chaque pièce et dans le jardin. Le salon et la cuisine sont très agréables ainsi que chaque chambre (la literie est excellente). Étant un habitué de la région, j'ai apprécié l'emplacement de la maison au calme tout en étant proche de la mer et permettant de se rendre à pied en Rance pour une baignade.

traumhafter Urlaub in der Bretagne, in einem wundervoll traditionellem Haus

Wir haben in diesem Jahr, trotz Corona, 16 Tage in der Bretagne verbracht. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Nähe zur Rance (wir haben das morgendliche Schwimmen sehr genossen), zu allen sehenswerten Städten und Stränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Garten ist fast schon meditativ. Eine sehr ruhige Lage, für eine entspannte Urlaubszeit. Die Zeit war für uns leider viel zu schnell um, trotzdem haben wir jeden Augenblick zu tiefst genossen. Und mit Kindern auch gar kein Problem ... es gab wunderbare Gesellschaftsspiele und zum Glück keinen Fernseher ;). Wir wünschen Francoise und James alles Gute und bedanken uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft. Viele Grüße aus Dresden von Familie Sochor

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Bretagne

Wir wurden herzlichst von James und Francoise begrüßt und durch das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus geführt. Die Ruhe und der Charme , die das Haus ausstrahlt ....einfach nur empfehlenswert. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs , St. Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Le St. Mont Michel- alles von Pleurtuit/ Crehen bestens zu erreichen. Wir haben die Tage in der Bretagne sehr genossen- ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Einfach nur empfehlenswert !!!!! Liebe Grüße und alles Gute aus Leipzig Korina, Torsten, Moritz und Pauline

We fell for the environment, the river, the trees and the charm of this stone house that we have enjoyed renovating over the years.

What makes this property unique

It feels good living in this house - it`s authentic and cosy. Outside we love the view onto the magnificent old oak trees and the walk down to the river where we can swim avoiding taking the car to the beaches. The Hamlet is completely authentic and preserved
