Located 5 miles directly south of Lakeland Airport. FREE High Speed WiFi. This is a guest cottage next to the main house. This offers economical stay with the privacy of a house. This property sits on 2 acres in a beautiful and quiet subdivision. 1 bedroom 1 bath with washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen including Keruig, traditional coffee maker, deep fryer, air fryer, crockpot, microwave, fridge with ice maker and water softener system. If we don't have it just ask. Lakeland is centrally located between Tampa and Orlando minutes from I-4 .We are located just minutes from Plant City and the Strawberry Festival. Close to Walmart, Publix, local gyms, golf courses, mall and movie theater and bowling alley. Our property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood on a dead end street perfect for doggy walks or some quiet solitude. Large open front yard. Fenced backyard available upon request as we do have dogs and children who use it through out day.

Simple, easy and relaxing.

Stayed here with my S.O. and my pup to visit a friend in Lakeland as well as enjoy some sunshine, beach days and relax. We drove all the way from P.A. so it was much appreciated the easy way to get into the place. Very pet friendly had a big front yard to play in, bowls waiting and a big shower to wash her up in. A nice front porch area to sit and relax in the shade and about an hour to Tampa for the beach days. Very friendly host/family, we are social people so we chatted a few different days but if you aren't that's good too, they can be very private as well. I would definitely come back to visit again.

We are 30 minutes from Legoland, and Busch Gardens. 45 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal, and Sea World. We are located about 15 minutes from Joker Merchant Stadium, Dinosaur World, Sun 'n' Fun Fly-In, many beautiful freshwater fishing lakes and Florida Southern College which has the largest collection of Frank Lloyd Wright structures in one place.
