Es war eine gelungene Auszeit mit einem schönen Haus in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Neßmersiel! Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben... für unsere 5 köpfige Familie genau das Richtige. Eheleute Janssen (Hausverwaltung) standen uns mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Die Lage war auch sehr gut...ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral in der Nähe vom Strand, Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.... Und auch die interessanten Nachbarorte und andere Ausflugsziele kann man schnell mit dem Auto erreichen!

Norddeutsch unterkühlt

Anreise im Winter. Wohnung war unzureichend geheizt. Es dauerte 2 Tage, bis das Haus wohltemperiert (21 Grad C) war. Wir als Gäste mußten nicht nur den laufenden Verbrauch, sondern das Aufheizen auf Normtemperatur zahlen. Haus für Fans des 80-iger Jahrestags. Ein Investitionsstau war deutlich zu erkennen. Ausleuchtung des Eingangsbereiches war rudimentär. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Selbstgemachte Marmelade der Vermieter war lecker. Günstige Verkehrslage nach Norddeich und den friesischen Inseln. Haus im Sommer für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ideal, da Spielstraße. Abrechnung über Strom und Gas war korrekt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus steht in einer schönen Siedlung wo Rundum dem Anschein nach alle Häuser vermietet werden. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Spielplätze, was zum Einkaufen und Gastronomie wo man gut essen gehen kann. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten uns gut erholen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, schnell und unkompliziert.
