We are Platinum Owners with Wyndham and can book you a Villa, offering the comforts of home right down the road from the Grand Ole Opry. The Two bedroom deluxe villa: approximately 1200 square feet, the master suite has a king-sized bed and gorgeous bathroom, complete with a corner whirlpool tub for two, separate shower, and plenty of vanity space. A second bedroom provides additional space for children or guests and an additional bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination.

What a trip!

Our getaway was only made better by Vacation Strategy.

Check in was seamless. The concierge team were fun and gave us do's and don't 's of Nashville life as well as the many benefits of the property. Our location on the property made use of the indoor pool difficult on a cold night, but the over-sized tub in the master suite made up for that.

Our first impression of the room was - did someone make a mistake? We got all this for that great price? But it wasn't a mistake. It was just a fabulous opportunity to stay somewhere great.

It was disappointing not to be offered housekeeping as an upgrade after all who wants to make their bed on vacation?

The Internet was a constant battle. There was free internet provided but very slow. About half way into our stay I upgraded our internet. After the upgrade, the Internet was spotty at best. The tech was called, but we had to remain in the room for service and after an hour of not showing up we cancelled and carried on with choppy Internet.

There is some water damage in each of the bathrooms and the windows are older but we will definitely plan to stay with Vacation Strategy again and if our travels take us to Nashville, we will hope for the same unit!

Thanks for making our time in Nashville amazing !

I could have spent another week there!

Our family was very pleased with the Wyndham Nashville. We were in a great unit near the pool and everything was nice and clean inside and out. We had never been to Nashville before and found lots to do both near the resort and downtown. Hope to visit again soon.

I liked the condo. Unfortunately, one of the outdoor pools was closed for maintenance.

With the one pool closed, the other one was very over crowded.

The master bathroom had not been cleaned. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get someone over to clean the mold and mildew out of the toilet.

This entire unit is in need of a complete clean. The livingroom carpet is very dirty, your socks get dirty just walking on it. Disappointing considering the cleaning charge on each rental of over $100. I would have thought the place would have been spotless.

Would have liked to be closer to downtown, but that wasn't too bad of a drive.

Very clean, very roomy & very nice

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here at this resort & we always come back because it is in a great area of Nashville, very quiet yet easy access to get to many things nearby & we feel very safe there. The staff is very friendly & helpful and everything is always very clean and well kept. We will be back.

Nice Place To Stay

We (2 couples) stayed in a 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. The unit was very clean, nicely furnished. It is directly across the street from Opryland. Wyndham has a great shuttle that will take you to and from downtown for $10 round trip.....very well worth it as parking downtown can be challenging! Our check in was very smooth and they directed us across the way to pick up our parking pass and we were surrounded by 4 sales people who ended up being very pushy about taking a time share tour. We insisted we were not interested and they told us we could be treated to a breakfast......had to leave a $20 deposit. After we got settled in our room, we all decided that we did not want to attend and went back to get our refund back. They were rather pushy about taking the tour. This was the only negative so if you are not interested in a time share stand firm!

The grounds were beautiful and we loved our stay in Nashville!

THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER CAN'T KEEP US APPART TRIP

WE STAYED IN A 2 BEDROOM LOCKOUT THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN, WE REQUESTED EARLY CHECK IN AND WAS CALLED ABOUT 30-45 MINUTES AFTER WE ARRIVED, VERY SAFE FOR 7 LADIES, PROVIDED US WITH A GROUND FLOOR AS WE ASKED, WE WERE NOT PRESSURED ABOUT BUYING A TIME SHARE WHICH WAS AWESOME, MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE HOLIDAY INN NEXT DOOR (COUSIN STAYED THERE THE NIGH BEFORE AND WAS ALMOST WHAT WE PAID FOR THE WEEK ALSO VACATION STRATEGY WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING US THIS CONDO WOULD SURELY USE THEM AGAIN THANKS TO WYNDHAM AND VACATION STRATEGY

The calendar does help provide an instant and highly accurate price quote. However, because we represent many vacation property owners and resorts, the calendar feature isn't always 100% accurate. The live reservation system we use to check availability does change minute to minute. Please provide your phone number for a quicker response time.

All reservations (3 - 7 nights) are subject to a $99 Guest Confirmation Fee. The fee is per unit, not per person. Reservations exceeding 7 nights will be subject to an additional Guest Confirmation Fee. Any changes or modifications made to the reservation after the reservation has been confirmed/finalized will incur an additional fee (changing reservation name, altering the length of stay, changing dates, unit size etc. will be subject to a $99 fee)

There are NO Cleaning fees that apply. Daily housekeeping is NOT provided but may be requested for additional fees.  

Call us for specific quotes that may be different than the rates listed. You may also be able to take advantage of our Last Minute Specials based on availability! Specials must be booked over the phone at 888-832-4223.

Changes to reservations once booked, including the addition/subtraction of nights, altering arrival dates or unit type, etc. must be done 20 days or more prior to arrival and are subject to availability and an additional $99 fee. Requests made 19 days or less to arrival cannot be honored.

A booking deposit equal to 25% of reservation total is due at time of booking. Final Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made more than 61 days to arrival will receive 100% refund. Cancellations made 60 - 45 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations made 45 - 30 days prior to arrival will result in 50% forfeiture of reservation total. Reservations are finalized at 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 30 days or less to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of reservation total. No credits issued..

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
