La Marisol is located directly by the sea in a quiet residential area on the southern edge of S'Illot. The semi-detached house (horizontal division) has a separate entrance through a spacious courtyard as well as a beautiful terrace with direct access to the small rocky plateau by the sea. Experienced swimmers can swim directly into the sea here. La Marisol is on the ground floor and without stairs. The large and cosy living-dining area with German SAT-TV also offers a wonderful view of the bay. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has a cooker with gas and ceramic hob, separate oven and a large refrigerator as well as a dishwasher. The large bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom en suite. In total, there are two comfortable bathrooms, each with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for 2 persons. The house is well insulated and, thanks to the air conditioning, can be kept at a good temperature in summer as well as in winter. Directly in front of the terrace is the deep blue sea and a promenade leads to the centre of S'Illot and to the wonderful sandy beach of the bay of S'Illot in only 10 minutes walking distance. In the other direction, the quiet beaches of Cala Morlanda are within walking distance.
