Enjoy streaming Roku TV with Sling including BBC World and French 24 news, HBO, Netflix, and Amazon Prime for nearly unlimited live TV, your favorite series, movies, and music capabilities in the living room and bedroom and TV with built in DVD and HDMI outlets in the den. High speed wireless internet is throughout with a wireless printer connected. The kitchen is outfitted for your convenience with dishwasher, gas range, Nespresso coffee maker, French press, microwave, blender, toaster, etc. Central air and heat, 2 patios with mountain views and the heated community pool and jacuzzi, with 360 degree mountain views make this oasis in the desert a delight year round. Mad Men never had it so good! This is a very quiet and private single story condo, no neighbors above or below, with a parking space included just outside the front door. Charming Property!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rancho Mirage gem. The property is well maintained, nicely equipped with everything you could wish for and owner was very responsive when we needed to communicate with her. Complex is charming, quiet, clean & centrally located. We loved walking our dog every morning through the very safe mid-century neighborhood behind this property.

Another amazing stay. We did NOT want to leave and now can’t wait to go back. Unit has absolutely everything you need. Our ‘ hostess with the mostest ‘ left foodstuffs and drinks and even slippers. The bed is sooo comfy. Hubby loved having the Roku and Netflix. Perfect location … central to everything. Pool is heavenly. Neighbours are so friendly and welcoming. Thanks Mia!!!

We loved the location. The condo s a good representation of mid century and life in the 50's 60's. We had everything one would need including lots of snacks, drinks & food items. Comfy bed. Mia takes good care of her guests. Lovely pool. Early morning walks in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to shops & restaurants at The River. Bonus we found a hummingbird nest in a bush on the property. Got to watch "baby hummer" grow and fledge the nest. A great 2 month stay. Had we not bought a condo while there we would come back! Thanks Mia!

FABULOUS!!!

We THIROUGHLY enjoyed our stay at Mia’s fun property! We’ve been coming to the area for 15 years but this was our first time staying in Rancho Mirage and it’s now our favourite. This property was perfectly located for shopping, restaurants, movie and theatre, park, playground, walking, biking and hiking. While centrally located Chalet Palms felt secluded and private. The property met all our needs and was fully stocked—even with a couple of easy meals, snacks and a variety of beverages to start off our stay with ease. As well as plenty of nice linens, lovely soaps and candles. Mia even provided thoughtful touches such as pillow spray to enhance s great nights sleep in a very comfy king size bed. Mia was delightful and communicated efficiently and promptly. We’re already looking forward to next year’s visit

A Palm Springs lover for many years, I took my time to find this mid-century jewel. This is a 1964 single level, Barry Berkus designed ranch style condo nestled by the mountains in Rancho Mirage, offering all the style, seclusion, and glamorous desert living at it's finest. World class golf, tennis, spas, yoga, casinos, shopping, and dining are steps, a very quick drive, or bike ride away.

What makes this property unique

The heated community pool and jacuzzi are newly restored and immaculate and the condo's 2 private patios make every moment a true vacation. The location close to so many attractions- the Observatory, amphitheater, library lectures, tennis, yoga, movies, jazz lounges, shopping and galleries across the street and I mile down the 111 to El Paseo just to name a few- offers endless activities for everyone. Parking is just outside the front gate to the unit.
