The Beach Front Condominium Complex is located 1.5 miles West of the intersection of Hwy 59 and West Beach Boulevard. It is on a quieter part of the beach, away from the congestion of the high rise condos, yet close enough to all of the amenities that everyone in the family will enjoy, from the youngest to the oldest - NO pets allowed. The Beach Front is a low density, beach-front complex with only 36 units in 2 buildings. It features 4 charcoal grills for bar-b-que fans, 4 picnic tables, a covered gazebo & direct beach access. Parking is on ground level below the condo. Only 2 small vehicles or 1 large vehicle are allowed. The 1st vehicle must pull up as far as possible in assigned parking cubby, the 2nd vehicle must pull up closely behind the 1st vehicle and cannot stick out past the overhead walkway.
Unit 602 Features:
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the lower level of the West building with just one flight of stairs to beach access. Unit 602 is one of only four direct gulf-front condos in this complex. It has a large, gated, covered deck with a swing and table/chairs for outdoor dining. It offers everything you need for family or friends to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The living room has a sofa, love seat and recliner. You will enjoy watching your favorite cable show on the flat panel TV. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs so the gang can sit down and enjoy meals together or play your favorite board games. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress, a side table, lamp, ceiling fan and flat screen TV with cable. In our unit, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen sure to fulfill all of your cooking needs. There’s a full size refrigerator with ice maker, new electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. You'll also find dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers, drip-style coffee maker, toaster, mixer and, most importantly of all, a blender to make your stay in Paradise a little more relaxed!
Upon arrival, you will find 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, laundry packet, dishwasher tab, dishwashing liquid and garbage bag to get you started. Bath linens, bed linens and blankets are provided and a stack washer/dryer is conveniently located in the unit for your use. You only need to bring your beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella or you can rent loungers and umbrellas during the busy season on the beach in front of the complex.
RENTAL INFORMATION:
An initial 50% payment is due upon booking to secure your requested dates. Remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Damage Deposit (up to $200.00) - will only be charged within 14 days after departure to cover any damages which occurred during stay, re-keying of door locks due to missing keys or late departure after 10 AM.
