Sehr schöner Urlaubsort in Nord Holland

Wunderbar erholsame Tage. Alles verlief unkompliziert, Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe (nur ein Schlüssel!) und Abreise. Das Haus ist sehr schön und für 6 Personen ausreichend groß. Es war bei Anreise frisch geputzt. Der Hot-Tube ist eine echte Bereicherung des Urlaubs und wunderbar entspannend nach einer Radtour oder Abends mit Blick in den Nachthimmel. Das Befüllen mit Wasser dauert ca. 1h, das Anheizen dauert ca. 8-10h nur mit Strom oder 2-3h mit Holz. Danach hält er die TEmperatur konstant. In der Hochsaison sollte man die Fahrräder selber mitnehmen oder bei dem örtlichen Fahrradverleih besser vorbestellen. Die Radwege durch die Dünen sind herrlich. Auch der nahegelegene Strand ist wunderschön und gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Urlaubsstimmung am ersten Tag eher schlecht als recht

Fangen wir an bei der Abholung des Schlüssels, den wir auch gleich abholen konnten. Nur das Bettwäschepaket, das haben wir nicht mitbekommen. Danach war die Rezeption leider geschlossen. Die Sauberkeit, sofern man es so nennen mag, war eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich zähle nicht alles auf, nur die Haare des Gastes vor mir, die möchte ich erwähnen und die völlig versiffte Toilette. 500 m2 Garten stehen in der Beschreibung. Es sind eher 150, nur geschätzt. Der Whirlpool ist kein Whirpool sondern ein Hot Tub, die Dampffunktion der Sauna ist kaputt. Keinerlei Beschreibungen wie etwas funktioniert. Probieren geht über studieren. Der Besitzer, eigentliche Vermieter vielmehr, hat sich nicht besonders gekümmert. Dabei wäre es einfach bei so vielen Beschwerden und Mängeln kurz an zu rufen oder sogar vorbei zu kommen. Ab und an das Inventar und dergleichen zu prüfen, zu erneuern oder auch einfach gründlich zu putzen würde ich dem Vermieter dringend raten. Nun zu den positiven Dingen: nach Beschwerde hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit, kam nochmals eine Putzkraft, die Ihren Dienst nach kleiner Vorschrift getan hat, immerhin guter Wille. Nachdem wir bereits seit über 20 Jahren nach Nordholland fahren, haben wir den Urlaub trotz des Hauses genießen können. Eines muss man sagen. Wäre es sauber und ein bisschen gepflegt und der Gast wäre der König den, er für den Preis des Hauses sein dürfte, wäre es auch ein tolles Haus. Gleichwohl in der Beschreibung Luxus Villa steht, aber Life is Marketing. Sorry, ja ich bin darüber erzürnt. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass alles von mir in Bildern fest gehalten wurde.

Rundum schöner Urlaub - trotz Corona

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Verwaltung war sehr freundlich. Wir haben das Wäscheangebot genutzt, das ging alles reibungslos. Etwas umständlich war, dass es nur einen Schlüssel gab für 6 Personen. Für die im Internet abgebildete Hütte am Strand gab es keinen passenden Schlüssel. Die Geschirrausstattung war etwas eigenartig. Anregen dürfen wir, Informationen zu Geräten, Internetzugang und Müllbeseitigung etc. in einer Mappe gesammelt vorzuhalten.
