About this property

Our family-run guesthouse is situated in hilly and central location. The new apartment with approx. 65 sqm has 2 bedroom and a big kitchen-cum-living room. The big terrace doors and large windows show a great panoramic view to the Acherkogl and the ski area Hochoetz. The comfortable apartment with sperate entrance is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, satellite flatscreen TV, radio, CD-player and washing machine.
The skibus stop is approximately 100 m away.

Hält was sie verspricht

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Auch unser Hund hatte eine tolle Zeit :) Sautens ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Ötztal und den umliegenden Tälern, wie dem Inntal, dem Pitztal und der Tiroler Zugspitzarena.

Schöne Tage in Sautens

Freundlicher Empfang, schöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Brötchen vom Bäcker als Lieferservice. 5 Minuten zum Skilift nach Hochoetz...15 Minuten nach Ochsengarten.

Rundum zufrieden - klare Empfehlung!

Sehr geräumiges, gut eingerichtetes Apartment. Der Parkplatz ist quasi vor der Haustür - nur getrennt durch einen ebenerdigen Flur, den wir für 3 Fahrräder als Abstellplatz genutzt haben. Im hinteren Bereich stehen sogar noch Gartenmöbel. Sehr nützlich. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet - alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig mit viel Stauraum. Sehr ruhig - super. Die Küche ist riesig. Bestens ausgestattet - da fehlt es an nichts. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei Sofas - jeweils mit einem weißen Laken überzogen - nicht so schön aber zweckmäßig. Das WLAN Passwort lag bereit - kein Problem. Einzig wenn wir zu dritt im WLAN waren, dann hat das Powerline Modem überhitzt und abgeschaltet - es ging nichts mehr. Frau Rieger hat jedoch sofort reagiert und quasi schon ein neues Modem bestellt. Eine sehr sehr nette Vermieterin! Alles in allem: Volle Empfehlung für den Sommer (der Piburger See ist so nah und wirklich einer der schönst gelegenen Seen die ich bisher besucht habe).
