Ask a questionAbout Madelyn & Steven
We love Lake Winnipesaukee and feel lucky to have vacationed here as kids. We enjoy just relaxing by the lake, kayaking or taking a refreshing trip in the boat. There are many public places to dock your boat that gives you access to wonderful restaurants, food, shopping or even get ice cream by boat. Then take the kids wakeboarding or tubing. It doesn't get any better than Lake Winnipesaukee.
Madelyn & Steven purchased this House in 2003
Why Madelyn & Steven chose Moultonborough
Lake Winnipesaukee is the ideal place to spend time with family or friends. Our home is just steps away from the beach but without the water-front price tag. We bought this home due to the large lot and location. Great place to be together but plenty of room to spread out when you need some quiet time. We liked the privacy of the large lot but visibility to the activities at the beach and boat launch. The home wasn't our style when we bought it but we have made continual improvements with the goal of making it into a Adirondack style lake house. We think you'll find it warm, inviting and comfortable.
What makes this House unique
With lots of interior space we can have lots of friends join us and never feel cramped. And with 2 acres of land we can play volleyball, horseshoes and so much more.
