Lugar simples, têm tudo que precisa para uma estadia . Proprietário atencioso. O único problema foi a limpeza da piscina , não estava limpa e permaneceu assim.

Amamos !!

O Sitio e lindo e com certeza irei novamente, sobre as teias de aranha realmente existem muitas, mas o colchões são novos e limpos aliás ambas as casas estão bem limpas e organizadas, no geral o sítio parecer ser muito bem cuidado. Os caseiros sempre solicitos e o Carlos proprietário muito gentil. Ponto negativo o teto do espaço da área gourmet precisa de reparos a alguns buracos e assim que chegamos fomos alertados que a televisão queimou e nao tivemos nenhuma solução. Mas apesar dos contratempos eu amei e todos tbm gostaram, obrigada Carlos pela estadia e descanso no seu sítio.

Precisa de reparos

Pontos Positivos: Fomos bem atendidos tanto pelo proprietário como pelos caseiros. quanto ao atendimento não temos o que reclamar. Na cozinha tem tudo que precisávamos, bem completa. Piscina limpa, bem cheia e agradável. Todas as cadeiras em bom estado. Área da Churrasqueira bem equipada também. Pontos Negativos: Nem todas as tomadas funcionam. Tivemos que testar todas para ver qual poderíamos usar. No primeiro dia, encontramos muitas teias de aranha pelos moveis e janelas. Entendo que esse tipo de animal é comum na região, mas a limpeza antes de chegarmos deveria garantir a não existência de teias dentro da casa. Até nas camas tinha teias de aranha, tive que limpar tudo antes de deitarmos no primeiro dia, principalmente por causa das crianças. Os tacos da mesa de sinuca estão em péssimo estado, precisam ser substituídos. Pegamos dias de chuva no sítio, há goteiras em ambas as casas o que nos causou muito transtorno, até colchão molhou. O salão de jogos não tem janela, então quando choveu não conseguimos usá-lo porque molhava tudo por dentro. Todos os Colchões sem exceção são velhos e alguns possuem cheiro forte mofo. Alguns de nossos parente que tem sinusite ficaram bem desconfortáveis no quarto. O fato de não ter sinal de celular dificulta a comunicação com o caseiro. Precisávamos aguardar até o dia seguinte para falar com ele. Apesar de todos os contratempos, conseguimos nos divertir na piscina e aproveitar a estadia. Mas certamente não voltaremos a alugar.

Acomodações muito boas

O local é muito aconchegante, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Têm todos os utensílios necessários. Possui muitas bicamas e beliches. O salão de jogos é bem grande, ótimo para uma festa, se precisar de local fechado. Grande estacionamento. O dono e o caseiro são muito atenciosos. Vale a pena conhecer.
