Nice made easy
We stayed at this apartment in September this year and found it to be as advertised meeting all our requirements with a fantastic Art Deco lift. The apartment was ideally placed for travelling around the area to Antibes and Menton for example by train as the station was a short walk away. The buses were good as well for getting to places like Vence and other areas of Nice. Walking about from the apartment was great as the old town and the beach were all readily available. There were some great food markets close by and a brilliant bakers just downstairs, all in all a very good place to stay and an ideal location.
The owner and her agent were both very helpful and punctual with all responses, so enabling us to have a stress free holiday, thank you. We would stay again if we returned to Nice and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent property with an even better location to explore the beautiful Cote D'Azur. A truly remarkable property with every amenity one could imagine
Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Very convenient to the train station, buses and all the Nice sights. Check in was super easy, powerful shower, comfortable beds and wonderful balcony to enjoy the street activity. The apartment is surprisingly quiet at night. A real gem for the price!!
Good location for beach and station, with excellent baker and restaurant in the square.
This is a really great apartment with about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Nice small balcony towards the street (blvd Gambetta) and the bedrooms are located in the rear. We didn´t cook any food. Penny (the owner) was very helpful before and during our stay and Samir (local contact) took care of us during our stay:
Would definitely stay here again and can recommend this apartment. Thanks!
This is a really great appt. Everything you need for a short stay is available, and dealing with Penny was simple, she was very helpful. The appt is very clean and all furnishings are in excellent order. A small welcome pack was handy. It is a 10 min walk to the beach and the main shopping street. The supermarket across the street was adequate for most things. Rossini Restaurant had really good food and big portions. Boulangerie downstairs ideal for pastries etc.
TIPS: taxi from the airport 34 euros. The Bus no 99 is 6 euros each inc. kids. takes 15 mins.
The train station is a few minutes walk. To buy tickets easily go to an office at the far end called Sou, the ticket machines are a bit confusing. Remember to validate your tickets in the station in the small yellow readers,. It cost £25 for 2 adults and 2 kids to Monaco.
All in all excellent I highly recommend this Appt.
The apartment is very conveniently located in the Musiciens area of Nice close to Nice Ville station, buses, and supermarkets. Indeed, the 99 airport bus drops off at the Franklin stop just a couple of minutes from the apartment.
The apartment is well equipped with excellent air conditioning and a modern bathroom and kitchen. The lift is a godsend after tiring days out and you can relax in front of the TV watching Netflix for free!
Would definitely stay again.
The location for this apartment is superb and central. It is only 8 to10 minutes walk from the beach, the famous Promanade des Anglais. The bus (No 23 from Terminal 1, costs only 1Euro ) to and from the airport stops within 50 meters of the apartment. The direct airport bus (No99) which wizzes you to the airport in 15 minutes also stops minures away. All the local amenities including a colourful indoor market, brasseries, boulangeries and patisseries are on the doorstep. Old Nice is also a pleasant walk through pedestrianised and interesting roads. The Gare SNCF train station is 7 minutes walk making those day trips to Cannes and Monaco to mention just a few attractions so easy! No need for car hire or taxis as superb and convenient public transport links! As you are in a chic french area, also close to the beach, you have the best of both worlds. Not directly on the busy and noisy promenade, but central enough to explore all of Nice on foot.
