Our house Hanna is a former farmer's cottage dating from 1890, the beginning of the 20th century. Century. Was used by two families. It was renovated by us in 2007, consuming, restored and converted into a comfortable, cozy 3 bedroom cottage for 4 people. The living area of ​​the apartment of 70 square meters offers a high-quality open plan kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Equipment: kitchen complete incl. Dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, satellite TV, CD / radio / Kass., Stove, shower, bath, washing machine and central heating.

The west-facing terrace from the living room and is equipped with wooden furniture, large umbrella, two chairs, and an electric grill. From the terrace you have an incomparable view of the lake and the large Spyker Jasmund. The large garden offers children plenty of space to play and the beautiful beach on the headland Schaab can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

Ein schönes Haus.....

Das Haus Anna sieht von außen und auch von innen sehr ansprechend aus und ist auch gemütlich und

liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist groß und ganz eingezäunt. (Gut für Hundebesitzer) Allerdings hört man

die vorbeiführende Straße sehr laut, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt.

Leider hatte das Haus etliche Mängel: In allen Ecken waren reichlich Spinnweben mit den dazugehörenden

Spinnen. An der ziemlich hohen Wohnzimmerdecke wohnte ein besonders großes, schwarzes Exemplar,

das wir immer argwöhnisch beobachtet haben!

Das zweite Schlafzimmer erwies sich als kleines Kinderzimmer mit einzeln stehenden, schmalen Betten!

Die Matratzen und die Bettdecken in allen Betten hatten eher Jugendherbergsniveau!

Die elektrischen Geräte ( Fernseher, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine) hatten alle ein Problem, das man vor der Benutzung erst eigenständig (ohne Anleitung des Vermieters) lösen musste!

schönes Haus mit Verkehrslärm

Objekt insgesamt geschmackvoll eingerichtet, leider liegt es zur Terrassenseite an einer stark befahrenen Straße, so dass tagsüber keine Ruhe zu finden war, das hat den Aufenthalt sehr abgewertet.

Owner's Response: Liebe Urlauber, das Haus liegt innerhalb der Ortschaft Bobbin oberhalb der B96, die durch den Ort führt. Die B96 ist im Sommer der direkte und einzige Weg zum Strand nach Glowe und zum Kap Arkona ist. Deswegen ist der Verkehr am Vormittag und am Nachmittag etwas stärker. Morgens, abends und nachts ist es allerdings sehr ruhig und es fahren nur sehr wenig Autos. In den letzten 10 Jahren gab es keine Beschwerden unserer Gäste über zu strake Lärmbelästigung. WE LOVED IT!

We enjoyed out time at this house so much. We are a family with three small children, so we appreciated the LARGE garden that was completely fenced. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around. The house itself was nicely decorated and VERY clean. It is centrally located and we drove to many of the attractions all around the island without long driving times. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! GREAT HOUSE!

Immer wieder Ferienhaus Hanna

Sehr schönes mit liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Gute Lage mit herrlichen Blick auf den Bodden. Für Fam. mit Kinder empfehlenswert, großer Garten schönes Kinderzimmer, Dino Park zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand als auch Spaßbad in 5 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Our house is located in Hanna Bobbin on the peninsula Jasmund. It is the first house on the way to church on a hill, the so-called Oberndorf with magnificent views of the lake and the large Spyker Jasmund. House Hanna has a large garden, which offers children plenty of room to play. The village has a small farm shop Bobbin, where you can buy home-made natural products. In Sagard 4 km away you will find supermarkets, bakeries, post office and savings bank.
