Millennium condo. 2 bedroom apartments being a fully renovated suite that sleeps 5 people and a child up to 6 years, one suite with box bed, air conditioning and closet, in the single room: ceiling fan two single beds box, and closet, in Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, bench cabinets and all household utensils in the living room sofa bed, led tv, ceiling fan, table and chairs and wifi, There are 8 pools one cold water, 7 hot water, sauna, hot tub , hot tub, wet bar, waterfall, solare, sports court, game room, restaurant, party room and barbecue area in common area and one car garage. Water park all renovated.

Simplesmente único, tudo tinha no apartamento, deste ao quarto a cozinha, tudo ao meu alcance 😉😉😉

Final de semana muito Bom.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, pessoal atencioso, local bom familiar, piscinas excelentes tanto para adulto ,quanto para crianças. O Quarto muito bom, espaçoso e contem todos os utensílios de cozinha, inclusive até airfryer, recomendo bastante. Meu filho de 4 anos gostou muito. A agua das piscinas não muito quentes e nem frias, aquele ponto morninho que a gente fica confortável.

Bom apê - Condomínio Médio

O apartamento é muito bom, espaçoso, bem mobiliado, limpo e com tudo funcionando. Para ser perfeito, faltou só com ar condicionado no 2º quarto, apesar de o ventilador de teto ter sido suficiente para espantar o calor. Fomos 2 casais com duas crianças de 1 ano meio. Ficamos muito bem acomodados. A localização é muito boa, longe do movimento de noite, em uma rua tranquila com um ótimo mercado perto. Quanto à proprietária, nota 10! Bastante atenciosa, sempre respondeu prontamente. Tivemos um problema de falta de água e ela, quando soube, agiu junto aos funcionários do condomínio para corrigir o problema. Da proprietária, nada a reclamar, só elogios. Quanto ao condomínio, há alguns aspectos a melhorar. Das 8 piscinas, 2 estão em reforma e indisponíveis para o uso. Na falta delas, o pessoal acaba utilizando a piscina infantil durante a tarde (que fica na sombra), espantando quem tem criança. O bar molhado não funciona. Nos dias que estive lá, a limpeza da sauna ocorreu durante o dia, deixando-a indisponível por 2-3 horas. Penso que isso deveria ocorrer nos horários de menor movimento. Das demais piscinas, nada a reclamar, estiveram impecavelmente limpas durante todo o final de semana. Apesar de estar muito calor, a área de lazer é bem arejada. Vou dar 3 estrelas pela indisponibilidade das 2 piscinas e pelo bar molhado não estar funcionando, algo que acho que devia ter sido avisado com antecedência.

Satisfação total!!!!

Apto confortável e aconchegante em local privilegiado, perto de tudo, o condomínio e os funcionários são excelentes, o bar e restaurante do condomínio tem porções e refeições da melhor qualidade com preços acessíveis, tudo muito bom!!! Indicamos e voltaremos sempre que puder!!!
