This charming country house was restored and stylishly seduced by its light-filled rooms and enchanting location. The walk from the living-dining room terrace is oriented to the east, the terrace is about to enter the house to the west and the 20 square meter roof terrace to the south. How to find every day and hour sunny or shady places where you can make yourself comfortable. On the ground floor are the living-dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bath that. On the upper floor two further bedrooms, one with balcony access and a comfortable shower bath. The garden around the house offers plenty of space to play or sunbathing. Ideal for a holiday with children - the beaches of the Adriatic are only half an hour away. Look forward to beautiful and relaxing holidays in this wonderful atmosphere.

Landleben in den Marken :-)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem schönen Haus, vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus ist hochwertig restauriert worden und ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, wir als Städter mussten erst mal auf Naturgeräusche umstellen (Zirkaden, Hähne, Hunde in der weiteren bäuerlichen Nachbarschaft ;-). Das war aber nicht störend, sondern sehr authentisch und hat zur Erholung beigetragen. Für Ruhesuchende, die Natur und Kultur in der Region interessiert, ideal!
