About this property

124-square-foot cottage set in a park-like setting. Great quiet location in the countryside. Ideal for large families or friends. 2 car parking spaces (including 1 covered), beautiful terrace and garden. Fireplace in the living room. Stylishly furnished living room with high quality crockery and stylish furnishings. Kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all the cooking utensils. Washing machine is also available. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (all double), 1 four poster bed. Daylight bath with shower / WC and separate tub.

House is peacefully situated in very attractive grounds. Playground, sports field and tab switching are within a radius of 1-2 km. Bicycles can be rented. Only 1 km away, they have access to the Bodden. (Upon request from Mr. Ziegler can arrange boat tours). In 3- 4 km away beautiful natural beaches that are almost deserted even in high summer. Next you will find shops in Garz. The ferry Glewitz there by car 3 minutes - to Rügenbrücke or Rügendamm about 10-15 minutes. Lauertbach, Putbus, Binz, Sellin, Bergen, Stralsund, Sassnitz are in about 10-25 minutes.

Sehr schönes geräumiges FeHaus. Leider nicht sauber.

Es fehlte ein Grundreiniung. Auf alles Oberflächlichen war eine dicke Staubschicht und die Böden waren dreckig. Ansonsten liegt das Haus sehr ruhig und der Ausblick auf die umliegenden Felder ist sehr schön.

Herbsturlaub im ruhigen Umgebung ☺️☺️

Ein super Urlaub, Lage und Umgebung waren super für uns zum Entspannen. Hatten zu 7 genügend Platz und super war auch das Spieleangebot im Haus. Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal in diesem Wohnpark in verschiedenen Häusern und dieses hat uns am besten gefallen. Würden gerne wieder kommen nächstes Jahr.

Helles geräumiges Haus , die Umgebung lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Unser Urlaub war Mega erholsam.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Haus

Wir hatten eine schöne, entspannte Woche mit zwei Familien und Kindern. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen, allerdings könnte der Aussenbereich zum Essen etwas größer sein, dafür war der Tisch zu klein. Wir hatten super schönes Wetter und hätten gerne mehr draußen sitzen wollen.

Ferienhaus hat wohl schon bessere Tage erlebt abgewohnt, von daher auch nicht angemessener Preis ruhige Lage Baden in der Nähe am Bodden in der zweiten Woche wegen starken Algenwuchs (Blaualgen?) nicht mehr möglich
