Ótimo no atendimento

Como sugestão: Gostaria de recomendar um reforma no mesanino. Não dormimos no mesmo, não sentomos segurança em ficar em cima dele. Range muito e em algumas partes afunda. A dona do imóvel foi fantástica no atendimento.

Imovel bem simples

Cleide é uma pessoa muito prestativa, fomos muito bem atendidos por ela. O imóvel no entanto precisa de reformas, móveis velhos e desconfortáveis. TV não inclusa no valor da estadia. A propietária possui outros imóveis. A praia é bem próxima e praticamente deserta. Mercado, farmácia e padaria 10 minutos, comércio local a 20 min. a pé.

Fiquei impressionada com a falta de condições mínimas: banheiro com instalação hidráulica antiga, água permaneceu no chão por toda a noite. Azulejo velho e manchado e sujo. Cozinha com fogão antigo e sujo. Mesas e cadeiras igualmente antigas. Chão cheio de areia. Mas o que realmente nos fez sair na manhã do primeiro dia e perder a outra diária já paga foi um ventilador sem a capa de plástico. Um desastre prestes a acontecer! Incrível!
