The house is sunny location with a panoramic view and has its own large parking lot and Umschung, ideal for children and adults. The terrace is equipped with a large parasol, charcoal and a gas grill, a massive wooden table with benches and a hot pot for bathing. The house is newly renovated and rapresents much confort. The location in the center of the Bernese Oberland offers unentliche opportunities for Tagesausfflüge in both summer and winter.

Really good value for money!!

Everything was perfect! The house has everything you might look for! The owner explained us every single detail and the house itself was very comfortable. The surroundings are amazing and it is situated in a very good location, a few minutes away from Bern and from Interlaken. The hot tub was really cool too! Hope to come back soon! Unvergesslicher Jahreswechsel!

Wir, 2 Familien mit fünf kleinen Kindern, hatten eine traumhafte Woche im Chalet Niesenview! Das Chalet ist perfekt ausgestattet und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an einfach nur wohl.

Wir hatten tolles Winterwetter und zehren noch von dem Sternenhimmel über dem Hot Pot!

Für Kinder ist das Chalet perfekt. Sie können draußen einfach die Gegend erkunden und unsere durften sogar bei dem freundlichen Bauern im Nachbarshof im Stall dabei sein!

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Bernhard für diese unvergessliche Woche - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ankommen und Geniesen

Zu erst einmal vielen Dank an unsere sehr netten Gastgeber. Schon die Anreisebeschreibung war etwas ganz besonderes. Noch immer schwelgen wir in Erinnerungen an unseren Aufenthalt in der Bergwelt um den Niesen. Mit dem Ausblick auf die Bergwelt begann der Tag begann auf dem Balkon mit einer Tasse Kaffee und hauseigenen leckeren Käse unseres Vermieters. Die Ausstattung des FH ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wandern kann man hier toll ab FH. Wir haben die Gegend um Kandersteg und Grindelwald erkundet, die Schweizer Gastfreundschaft genossen. Alles mit unserer großen Hündin kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Superbe location mais...

La description de la location est en tout point conforme à la réalité. C'est un endroit enchanteur avec une magnifique vue qui nous a permis de découvrir avec délectation cette belle région de l'Oberland bernois.

Mais nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de subir :

- des travaux pour couler une dalle dans une extension à 7h du matin sous nos fenêtres sans avoir été prévenus par le propriétaire,

- plusieurs fois, la venue d'une personne dans l'atelier sous la location pour jouer du tour à bois et de la tronçonneuse.

Dommage !

Everything is super as usual

We (3 adults and 2 kids of 6 and 8 years old) spent one wonderful week in the chalet in the beginning of August. It was our second visit and we were very happy to come back to this very wonderfull part of Switzerland.

Our previous visit was taken place during May so we experienced some problems with sunny days. However this time the weather was quite nice and allowed us to do almost everything we planned including hinikng and swimming in mountain lake.

The chalet is 200% super as usual. Everything is on its place and ready for the guests. We have explored a lot in Switzerland but this place is still the #1 for us.

A6 motorway to Wimmis, Zweisimmen, in Latterbach you turn right, vis a vis VW Garage Balmer. Follow the road uphill. After 1. 5 km, near the hamlet of commons you turn right again and follow the road uphill. After about 500 meters you come to a junction. Turn left and drive to the end of the road. Park your car on the large parking lot of our house. Welcome to paradise.

The cozy 3rd 5-room chalet at the foot of the Stockhorn is a prime and sunny location and offers an unobstructed view of the Niesen, the Diemtig Valley and Simmental, embraced by Wetterhorn, Luterarhorn and bathrooms Horn. Stroll through the surrounding mats and forests, past small waterfalls, up to Alp Heiti, from where you can Basilea a magnificent view of the Tunersee, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and the whole mountain. In the summer you have the opportunity to watch how, a tasty mountain cheese is made from fresh milk.

The house is also an ideal starting point for day trips to Bern, Thun, Interlaken, Lenk, Gstaad and many more, which are all within a 30-50 minute drive. Trips to Grimmimutz, Seebergsee, Hinterstockensee (fish), Stockhorn or sneezing are unforgettable. Children can first Kletterzuege at big stones try or explore the nearby woods behind the house. In winter the ski resorts in the Diemtig Valley, Simmental and steering are easily accessible. In addition, the Diemtig Valley is an ideal place for ski touring and snowshoeing.

The very well-equipped holiday home has everything to make you feel at ease. Have breakfast on the sunny balcony, pamper yourself with a fondue or raclette at the crackling fire of the Sweden oven. The large grounds with terrace (and barbecue) offers plenty of space for children and pets. In summer and in winter you can relax in the cozy hot pot and enjoy the splendid panorama over a glass of wine.
