This modern 7th floor open plan apartment in the Eixample area is finished and decorated to a high standard - only a few minutes walk from the Passeig de Garcia,Barcelona's chic and most famous boulevard. The main living area has the benefit of air conditioning, TV, DVD and leads to a large terrace with incredible views over the Sagrada Familia, which is just a minutes walk away.

The apartment has a Barcelona tourism licence.

The Verdaguer metro station is less than 200 metres away. This apartment is perfectly located to enjoy everything that Barcelona has to offer.

Great place if you want to live like a Barcelonian

We spent 8 days in Barcelona at this wonderful condo. It is an excellent spot to experience city life in Barcelona away from the more touristy areas. The place was perfect for us. It had just enough amenities for an extended stay (lot's of space, hair dryer, small fridge, excellent AC, etc). The roof top area was our favorite spot and we enjoyed it every night. It is much larger than shown in the photos. There are local bread, meat, and cheese shops all over and an excellent wine store with a ton of Catalan wine on Girona. Make sure you walk the local area after 8 pm. There are a ton of surprise cafes, bars, and restaurants in the area. Head southwest on Mallorca towards the shopping area. The metro at Verdaguer is super easy and each trip is $1 euro if you buy a T-10 card. Getting to the Gothic, Born, and other sightseeing areas were only a few stops on the metro without a transfer. We always felt safe walking around our condo area at night.

This is an excellent place. We will stay here again in the future.

Airy and light, with a great terrace and commanding views

This was my first experience of using HomeAway and I would thoroughly recommend both the organization and the flat. The flat was in a good location, airy and light and with a fantastic terrace. I would stay again......

Great Stay in Barcelona

Condo was exactly as described with a truly fantastic deck. The location was ideal with excellent access to the metro which we used quite a bit during our one week stay. Paul and his staff were very responsive.

Great apartment, fantastic location

Had a lovely week, apartment was very comfortable, breakfast on the terrace was smashing every morning, loved the view !. Nice and reasonably priced restaurants and cafes all around us plus a great market on Calle de Valencia ( excuse the spelling) Great transport links, we bought the 5 day pass for bus and metro at the airport which proved to be great value (also grab a bus and metro map at the airport) . It's Barcelona, whats not to like :-)

BARCELONA CITY TAX
All bookings are subject to the Barcelona City Tax which is a legal requirement of the Catalonia Government.
£2.25 per night, per adult over 16, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
PAYMENT OF CITY TAX: We are unable to collect any money onsite upon arrival, therefore we will be in contact with you in advance of your stay to take payment.
All major debit / credit cards are accepted.
The keys to the property will be posted to you only once the city tax payment has been received.
Upon payment an email receipt will be sent to you.
If a booking is shortened / lengthened the city tax payment will be adjusted accordingly.
If a booking is cancelled, the city tax payment will be refunded in full.
The maximum occupancy of this apartment is four people and it is forbidden for more than four to stay overnight.
