This centrally positioned apartment is spacious (87sq meters in total) with main living area opening to balcony that offers full view of large pool and landscaped recreation area and also unimpeded views over the bay and marina to Nessabar and Sunny Beach.
The apartment is tiled through-out, has air conditioning unit in main living area and both bedrooms, two bathrooms each with own boiler and shower, an inner hall, a living room with an open plan kitchen and a balcony leading from it. Each of the bedrooms also leads to separate balconies. The living room & main bedroom balconies overlooks the pool & sea and faces the sun - great for monitoring pool activity and getting a tan at the same time.

The apartments are in a new sought after resort right on the black sea coast in St Vlas. The resort is built on high ground thereby granting the apartments great views of the surrounding sea and coastal area. Nearby is a new marina - a big attraction with fine restaurants and stylish bars and shops.
Each apartment is within its own complex that has a pool(with children's area) and restaurant/bar areas, 24 hour security and parking and staff/management ensuring the upkeep of the complex. Also, all the facilities of each complex are at the disposal of the guests - this includes a gym, hair dresser/beauty treatment saloon, internet cafe, shop & bureau de change. The resort area is free from local traffic and it is easy to get around in a relaxed manner.
Of real benefit is the location of the resort. It is front line and on high ground thereby offering great views. It is also right next to the Sveti Vlas village (albeit small town really) thus offering easy access by foot at any time.
How to get here: Nearest airport to fly into is Burgas. It is then only about 30 minutes by taxi to the the apartment. However, you could fly to Varna as well. A taxi journey to the apartment from this airport is about 1 hour & 45 minutes. Another option to consider is flying to Sofia. There are often cheap deals to this airport as Sofia is the capital. Bus journeys from Sofia are cheap but be aware they take a long time i.e. up to 7.5 hours. There are also internal flights.
There are a lot of car-hire opportunities at all the airports and also in Sveti Vlas/Sunny Beach. We can provide some contact details regarding car hire if you need it. Most guests that book our apartment require a taxi from the airport and we can pre-arrange this service for you. This is most likely the handiest option as you are taken directly to your apartment.
St Vlas Area: The resort has it's own private beach and the apartments overlook or have a short walk to it. In all, there are 3 sandy beaches in St Vlas. Indeed, right along the coastal line of St Vlas in both directions, there are pockets of sandy beach areas interspersed with rocky pebbly places and high cliff faces. Some are very secluded and ideal for those in search of privacy. As you are surrounded by the picturesque slopes of the Balkan mountains and green forests, you are never far from a tranquil spot offering great views.
A 10 minute walk take you to St Vlas village - an unspoilt Bulgarian town that this is extremely convenient for getting early morning freshly baked bread & fresh fruit supplies. The town also has a good selection of restaurants - many have open air seating and provide live music as part of the evenings entertainment. In addition, there are lots of bus excursions, boat rides, walking, horse riding, water sports on offer and car hire is available from several companies.
Sunny Beach (5 min from St Vlas area): Next to St Vlas is the international resort of Sunny Beach which practically stretches from St Vlas in the North to Nessebar to the south. For a more high-spirited experience you need to go there - It is a 5 minute taxi ride from St Vlas. The resort offers a range of hotels, restaurants, open air markets and is rich in entertainment facilities.
Trips and entertainment on offer includes: - (a) Off road adventures (i.e driving quads, horse riding, air-rifle shooting, a short trip by a horse cart) (b) Excursions (.i.e. Sozopol: the oldest Greek colony on the Black Sea coast, Ropotamo:- one of the most beautiful Bulgarian rivers with its drowned estuary and white water-lilies, Bulgarian village: An excursion which will take you through some typical villages near St Vlas and will acquaint you with the unique Bulgarian folklore. Enchanting programme of dances and songs, Istanbul: with its orient features rich churches and mosques and beautiful shores) (c) Yacht trips.
Apartments are all on 3rd floor and thus have good views. Also, they are located a short stroll from the beach across the grounds of the resort. Several complexes exist on the resort - which is a large central area with no through traffic and with lots of well manicured grounds. The main village of Sveti Vlas is also with walking distance and has good supermarkets and restraurants.
There are also lots of cafes and restraurants dotted around the resort.
All of these reasons makes the location a good choice for all holiday-makers and especially for families with small children. The resort is not overcrowded and this makes it easier to feel relaxed and not having to worry continually about the kids. The beach is closeby and it is easy to spead your time without having to travel anywhere by taxi or car
Three apartments are advertised on the website; a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment. All are close to the beach and within walking distance of each other.
The resort has a great location. It is on high ground and therefore all the apartments are afforded great views. The nearby Sveti Vlas village is walking distance away and this is very handy as it reduces dependancy on taxi's or a car. There are no lack of shops, supermarkets and restraurants in the village and all this makes for a very pleasant experience.
There is no through traffic within the resort as it is more or less self-contained. Also overcrowding is not an issue. All this is of real benefit for families managing young kids or for holiday-makers looking for a peaceful holiday in the sun.

"Apartment is one of the best I''ve ever rented, nice and functional (fully equipped kitchen- cutlery, plates,-AC, etc.). Flat position is excellent. Is more beautiful than shown on the site. The owner has been prompt and very seriously, and provided all necessary instructions. Area is suitable for children, very clean beach sand, and very nice childrens pool. We found playgrounds, several small shops and several restaurants, an outdoor theater and a nice Orthodox church painted in the resort. Wait to return next year."

We (2 adults, one child) spent our last year's summer holiday in Dolce Vita and really enjoyed it. Mr. Gannon responded very quickly to all our requests and we felt very secure. The place was neat, big balcony, great view on the sea, nice and quiet. The pool was nice and cleaned daily, the beach is very close by and quiet (maybe it depends on the season). - Thank you very much and hopefully until next time.
We have rented this flat for 8 days and enjoyed the pool and sun, very easy access to the see and to the pool, very good maintanance and very clean and the services to the city were just on time and reasonable, very friendly staff and responsible and the area was very safe with 24 hours porter.
The holiday village of Sveti Vlas is a beautiful coastal village located at the foot of the Baltic mountain range. The natural presence of the mountain, forest, and sea together with the southern exposure of the mountain slopes, combine to give the area its own micro-climate that is extremely healthy and appropriate for full relaxation. Typically, the days during the summer and the autumn period are warm and sunny with a welcoming refreshing breeze coming in off the sea.
Visitors can also avail of the varied amenities and busy night life at Sunny Beach, just 5 minutes away by taxi . Sveti Vlas can be considered a more quiet resort that will mostly suit families with kids or people who wish to take refuge from its more heaving neighbour resort
St Vlas has a rich history and gets its name from a 14th century merchant patron who was a stockbreeder and a healer. St Vlas is honoured by both the Catholic and the Orthodox churches.
Other Activities: There are three water parks . The closest of these is at Elenite; the others are in Sunny beach & Nessabar
