Gute Unterkunft aber schlechte Darstellung auf dem Portal

Gut aber das Einchecken über FeWo direkt sehr unübersichtlich und Kundenunfreundlich. Bei Buchungsanfrage wird bei freiem Objekt gleich verbindlich gebucht und abgebucht!!! Wenn die Wohnung nicht frei ist wird abgesagt!!! Ich möchte nur über die freie Wohnung informiert werden und dann entscheiden über Ich buchen will!! Diese Art gefällt mir nicht!!!!!!
