Villa Alexandra is located just off Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral, in close proximity to the Eco Park ecological preserve. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but still only minutes away from the bridges to Ft. Myers and the vibrating life of “downtown” Cape Coral. The home is spacious and provides plenty of room for up to 6 guests.

Villa Alexandra is fully equipped and leaves nothing to wish for. The interior is stylish, modern and contemporary and invites you to relax and enjoy the good times. There is even an ice cream maker in the kitchen! A big flatscreen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player makes the evenings in front of the TV as much fun as evenings spent on the lanai. The electric heated pool and pool area is large and the perfect setting for a BBQ and sunbathing. The pool deck is facing south and you don’t miss a ray while enjoying the refreshing waters. There is a heat pump for the pool to keep the water warm and cozy.

Amazing!

Although my group and I had to cut our stay a few days early, Stephan and Sabrina were amazing hosts! Communicated everything so clearly and perfectly for me, accommodated is when having to leave early for the storm coming through. Very happy with the house and area has. Will definitely be back!

Lovely Villa

Excellent Villa. Nice and clean on arrival. Easy check in, plenty of contact with owners representatives. Good size pool. Convenient for shops, cinema, bowling alley and restaurants. Kids loved all the space.
