About this property

Separate, bright and friendly apartment (about 64 sqm) for up to 3 people.
The apartment is furnished in modern style with custom-built kitchen and wardrobes. The chairs are original pieces of design. The floor of the apartment is a genuine Italian terracotta floor tiles in the untreated state. The bathroom with walk-in shower is completely tiled and can be kept very easily clean. In addition, there are rabbits, pheasants and various birds in the pasture, which provide for the right natural atmosphere.
The North Sea dike with swimming area, surf surfing, kite surfing, dry beach, playground, restaurant and kiosk can be reached in a few minutes.

Holidays in East Frisia. Do you know what 'dös baddel' in High German name? Or Trekpot, waterketel, Schöddelke or Kluntjeknieper? Low German is not only beautiful to listen, but also one of the most appropriate languages, to complain to. And probably no other language has such well-sounding curse words, which are also seen almost all with a wink. For example you can say to someone: Wat dat is'n für'n Fummelke! It is not what you (might) think, but simply a messy person!

In summer and winter you will find the peace that you have always wanted to relax. But also for 'active' people's all there. Plan a bike ride, a visit to the Museum of Henri Nannen Foundation (Emden), a visit to the Late Gothic church in Hinte, or the Frisian Provincial Museum in Emden. Visit one of the East Frisian Islands -. Eg Borkum - or drink cozy East Frisian tea or coffee in the north or Krummhörn. The atmosphere in Upleward is relaxing, the people are open and friendly. You'll like it!

Ab vom Schuss, aber dicht am Deich

Eine Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Deich. Zum Einkaufen braucht man zwar ein Auto, aber in Laufnähe sind ein Kinderspielplatz, ein Kiosk und natürlich der Deich. Die Wohnung an sich war bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr sauber und für 2,5 Personen auch groß genug. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber nicht zum gemeinsamen Kochen geeignet.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhige Umgebung. Direkte Nähe zum Deich und zum Campingplatz. Dieser war während unseres Aufenthalts noch geschlossen. Schöne Umgebung für Naturbeobachtung ( Tier uns Astrofotografie ) Große Freifläche direkt hinter dem Haus. Dort kann man Hasen, Kaninchen, Fasane und etliche Vogelarten finden. Für den kleinen Einkauf gibt es in der Nähe den Markt des Campingplatzes ( wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt. Für alle weiteren Einkäufe muss man schon ein paar Km fahren. Aber da man normalerweise ohnehin viel unterwegs ist, lässt sich das ja gut mit den Ausflügen verbinden.

Eine erholsame Woche

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem, für uns ,furchtbarem Ehebett. Bitte der Reinigungskraft mal sagen,auch unter den Schränken zu fegen. Unser Minihund hat "unten herum" sauber gemacht. War eine wundervolle ruhige Woche hinterm Deich.

Erholsame Tage

Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen. in dieser wunderschönen gemütlichen Wohnung konnte man sich wirklich zuhause fühlen. Unser kleiner Hund fand die Spaziergänge auf dem Deich und das Toben und Buddeln am nahen Trockenstrand einfach toll. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ostfriesische Weite

Wir haben bei herrlichem Spätsommerwetter 5 tolle Tage in einer schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bei der Ausstattung fehlte eigentlich nichts. Die Gegend lädt zum Fahrrad fahren ein und man kann interessante Rundtouren bestreiten. Spazieren gehen ist von der Ferienwohnung aus nicht ganz so interessant, aber vom Deich aus kam herrliche Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Einziger Wermutstropfen: für Hunde sind viele Deichabschnitte gesperrt.
