QUICK WALK TO BEACH & MALL! CENTRALLY LOCATED. SCREENED PORCH! For those families desiring a clean, modern interior with comfortable furnishings, this is the house for you. The gourmet kitchen has white cabinets, Carrera marble counters & stainless appliances w/ hardwood floors. There is a twin bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the smaller room has a twin bed. Linens are not provided. Central AC and heat! Subway tile bathrooms w/ Carrera marble floors. Large, private outside shower with hot and cold running water. Back yard area where kids can play. Our location is one of the best in Cape May! You can walk to the beach, shopping and many restaurants. The gorgeous Congress Hall Hotel is just up the street and is a lovely place to visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Congress Street beach is a beautiful, large beach. The location cannot be beat! No more than 6 guests, including children. (Please note, we have an exterior Ring camera on the front porch. The camera will only be operating on turnover days. It will be turned completely off for the remainder of your stay. There are no other devices on the property.)

May Girls Weekend

We loved staying at Kathy’s place. It was soo clean and nice. It is at a fabulous location and Kathy was just soo nice and very easy to communicate with!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Holiday Weekend

We spent just a few days over the holiday weekend and can’t say enough about this property. We walked in and immediately felt like home. The location allowed us to walk everywhere but it was tucked away from any crowds and noise. And so CLEAN! The hosts were so kind and helpful - they checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect. And it really was!

Girls weekend

Had a great weekend at this home during Christmas time, enjoying the Christmas tours. The location was great, close to town and restaurants. Enjoyed relaxing in the family room, beds were comfortable and home very well maintained. We will be returning.

Perfect Weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Cape May. This location is ideal! We were able to walk to the restaurants, shops, and beach. We never had to move the car. The weather was perfect for enjoying the screened-in porch. Since the weather dipped overnight, Cathy ensured there we extra blankets on the porch. It's the little things when renting a house that make a difference- like the cute bowls and platters we used for our happy hour charcuterie board. Cathy informed us a few days ahead of time that the house would be ready for an early check-in and she extended the check-out. We enjoyed our adult weekend and thinking about renting it next time with our kids.
