A full bathroom is conveniently situated by the pool area. You can savor ample outdoor lounge space by the heated pool, enjoying the breathtaking views and sunsets that make this home a gem in the Florida Keys. Boating enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the location, with easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. The deep water dock can accommodate boats of up to 30 feet, including motors, and offers convenient features like a fish cleaning station, water, and electricity. Please note that the owner's boat is kept on the lift and is not for renter use, but this doesn't impact the available dockage.

On the ground level of the home, you'll find a fantastic open floor plan with a spacious living room and a luxurious kitchen. A beautiful dining area with an 8-seat table completes the picture. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors frame the incredible view, and there's a bedroom with two twin beds as well.
The second level of the home features a generous master suite with a private bathroom. The master bath boasts his and her vanities, a spacious tub, and a stand-up shower. Exiting the master bedroom, you'll discover a relaxing balcony, the perfect spot for unwinding with a glass of wine or a good book. Two additional bedrooms feature king-sized beds, and a fourth bedroom comes with two twin beds, each with adjoining bathrooms. You'll also find a desk in the wide hallway.
Nearby, you'll have access to two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is just a 5-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is 15 minutes from the home, and Curry Hammock State Park is reachable in 8 minutes.
Please note that trailer parking is not permitted, and arrangements for boat trailers must be made in advance. The property can accommodate up to three vehicles, and only one boat is allowed.

Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
From November - April, there is an additional $150 charge/week for pool heat. We do recommend heating the pool during this time for optimal comfort and enjoyment. You may contact us if you do not want to have the pool heat on, for a $150 discount.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the security deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Payment Schedule: Half of the rent and the security deposit are due seven days after booking online, with the full balance required 60 days before check-in. Payment options include credit card or check after signing the contract. A 3.5% fee applies to credit card transactions, which can be waived by opting for payment via check. Please inform us of your preferred payment method after booking. For last-minute bookings, a credit card will be required.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us. Specify whether you prefer the first payment to be processed with the card on file or another Visa, MasterCard, or check. Payments are only processed after the signed contract is received, and all transactions are manually handled.
