This Condo at 5-4 Mt. Villas is the perfect location for your family or group getaway to the mountains in the summer or winter. This unit has been specially customized to take advantage of extra space all over and has an addition on the den to provide more space than any other condo in Mt. Villas.

In addition, our Condo has been updated recently with carpeting top to bottom, a new entry bathroom, and new beds for every type of sleeper! We make major upgrades yearly.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second level, two of them are Masters and the third one has a bathroom in the hall. The top-level loft is the perfect location for your kids or other guests to stay with 3 sets of bunk beds, a half bath as well as a 55-inch television with Xbox.

The main level is split and has a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you would need to make a gourmet meal for your family. There is a breakfast bar as well as a full dining room table and 43-inch tv.

There is an outside grill that can be used for grilling up burgers, steaks, or whatever you can think of! The back deck can be a wonderful place to enjoy the mountains with it's new Polywood furniture.

Off the entrance of the condo, there is a half bathroom as well as a den which can double as a 4th bedroom. The den has a sealed fireplace and a pull-out couch. There is plenty of room for people to lounge.

The lower level family room has a massive sectional that is great for hanging out and playing games or watching TV. We have a large Roku LED TV mounted on the wall with a full complement of cable channels in HD. Right outside, there is a large deck to use with a Hot Tub* with seating for up to 6 people.

Need to do Laundry? Our condo comes with a large washer and dryer for you to use.

Have a little one? This condo comes with a Pack and Play, Portable Crib as well as plenty of toys for your little ones to play with, just remember to put them back so our little ones can enjoy them too!

Shuttle Service is provided to the condo year-round to the lodge. In the winter months, the shuttle runs continuously on the weekends and is on call on the weekdays. So park your car and don't worry about having to drive down to the lodge.

In the summer, Mt. Villas has a pool that can be used and you are steps away from the Seven Springs golf course!

* Please note that we cannot guarantee the use of the hot tub. It is serviced regularly, but we cannot anticipate how the previous guests treat the tub. Any additional cleaning charges to the hot tub after your stay will incur an additional charge.
