Spacious, Clean and Fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, spacious and had fun games to keep us all occupied. It was also in an incredible location close to restaurants, golf courses and casinos! I would highly recommend this place to family & friends and will absolutely be back in the near future!

Nice mountain home

Property suited us well. Well equipped from a kitchen perspective. Home is a little outdated so don’t expect a modern living experience but overall was clean and everything worked. Would probably stay at again.

Where do I even begin…

4 night stay, thousands of dollars: When I walked in, I immediately took tons of photos for fear of losing the deposit. This place is extremely dated and worn down. Filthy carpets and rugs. Walls were dirty, nicked up, corners chipped. Broken and/or worn out equipment, non-existent internet. Not enough bath towels, one per person. Use the hot tub? You're out of towels. Only 2 dish towels provided for a group of this size? No cleaning supplies to clean as we go along. The worst mattresses EVER; easily 30 years old, like the swayed back of an old horse. If you have a group and want to cook for them, good luck. The range is terrible and the back burner won't stop igniting when the front burner is on. Range not properly vented; you need to cook with all of the doors open, in wintertime, this sucks. One side of the toaster works, and then only if you crank it to high. Heater above the toilet doesn't work. There's more that I'm leaving out. Lastly, the massive deer head above the stairs fell off of the wall from 15' up and almost brained our 6 year old. Improperly mounted. Simple blue plastic anchor used in the drywall, not a toggle anchor, and not in the stud. This could have been absolutely disastrous. Response from the Property Manager days later, "sorry bout' that, I was out of town." Pretty sure the other people in the office that I previously dealt with could have responded. We have rented many Tahoe homes over the years, including homes in other countries, and this was by far the worst. All this with a large deposit? Great location though! #SilverLining
