Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, four additional bedrooms with three queen size beds and bunk beds. Three full baths, new kitchen with breakfast bar and large eating area, living room with big screen TV, family room with big screen TV, & separate laundry room. Private yard has large pool and hot tub (fresh water for each group). Tennis courts, basketball and playground at school within two blocks. Central location is minutes to Okanagan Lake or Skaha Lake with beautiful beaches and boating. Many fabulous wine tours close by and beautiful golf courses. Outdoor patio with dining and Weber BBQ on kitchen balcony. Private yard has full sun all day long with gazebo for some shade, plenty of outdoor furniture to relax by the pool.

Excellent Family Vacation!

We just returned from staying at Randy and Lisa’s house for the second time and again, it was excellent. Their VRBO ad represents the house exactly and Randy is very easy to access should the need arise. Their home is exactly what our family needed and we had such a great time. Our grandchildren were in the pool all day every day! We highly recommend this property.

Great Family Vacation

We loved swimming in the pool and the layout of the house worked very well for us to have kids share a larger room downstairs. The house was exactly as we expected and had a fantastic stay

Great Property for Large Group

The home is very nice and larger than shows in the pictures. There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 children) and the property easily accommodated all of us. The bedroom in the basement with the 2 queens is massive with enough room for our queen air bed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summer fun in Penticton

A perfect house for two families to share. Well equipped in every category. The pool was a big hit! Evening sunsets and barbecuing on the upper deck was spectacular. Easy communication with the owners. I would highly recommend this place.

Oasis in Penticton

The family had an amazing time staying at the property while in Penticton. The location was central to all the activities. We enjoyed all the home had to offer and the backyard pool was a welcome relief during the summer heat.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this family home and created a resort like atmosphere to enjoy with our children. The children have now grown and we rarely use the pool or other amenities, we are not ready to downsize or sell the home so we have decided to use this property as a vacation rental so other families can enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle we have enjoyed for many years.
