BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Wooded Bliss Two is a great base camp for exploring the Yellowstone area and what an awesome alternative to a hotel room! It’s just 9 miles to the park entrance and is nestled in an aspen grove (offering stunning colors to fall visitors!) You’re surrounded by national forest trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowmobiling and it’s just a short drive to a quiet cove on Hebgen Lake. For larger groups the other half of the duplex, Wooded Bliss One, can also be rented.

BEDROOMS/BATHS: The cabin has one bedroom and one bath. The comfortable bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a full bath with a stall shower.

KITCHEN/DINING: The bright kitchen has a gas range and oven, microwave, blender, electric griddle, and crock pot as well as a good selection of picnic and serving ware. There is counter dining for three as well as a picnic table in the yard.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living room has a 32” flat screen 3D HD TV with satellite service, VCR and DVD player, family movies and a great selection of games and books for guests to enjoy.

SETTING: Wooded Bliss is in a woodsy vacation home neighborhood about 9 miles West of West Yellowstone, which is the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It sits on one half acre and enjoys incredible views of Lionhead Mountain and other peaks along the Continental Divide. You’re likely to see elk, moose and maybe even a bear in this beautiful wild area!

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: In winter you can snowmobile right from Wooded Bliss and get onto hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. If you prefer Nordic skiing, West Yellowstone’s Rendezvous Trails are a short drive away and you can explore Yellowstone Park by snowcoach. In summer there’s hiking and mountain biking right out the door, fishing on blue ribbon streams, boating on Hebgen Lake and of course day trips into Yellowstone Park. There’s so much to do!

Blissful!

The property was exactly as shown on the VRBO listing. It was super clean with everything we needed and more. They provided water bottles in the refrigerator. Any condiment we needed was there. There were plenty of spices for preparing meals and loads of cookware and eating utensils including plates cups glasses even margarita glasses and champagne flutes! The location was super quiet and peaceful the patio had a full size grill very nice picnic table lounging chairs and a porch swing which we used in the morning to drink our coffee and enjoy the view. There was plenty of hot water for showers and washing dishes. There was no dishwasher so hand washing was essential but very doable. If we had to complain about anything it was that it's lacking a king size bed which we are used to sleeping on but that was a minor issue. There was a television DVD player, games, DVDs to watch, and DirectTV provided. We didn't lack a thing. The location was perfect to the west gate of Yellowstone and the little town of West Yellowstone was charming. I definitely recommend this listing and would definitely stay again! Thank you to the property management and the owners.

This property was clean, cute, as advertised, and had a great comfy bed. It was so easy to get into Yellowstone! Amazing trip with a wonderful home base. Great views!

Great Trip

Stayed here for 7 nights while touring Yellowstone and surrounding areas. The place was great as far as location. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The outdoor patio is large and spacious with a great view. The only complaint we have is the mattress and pillows could be a little better. But we would definitely book it again.
