About Tim Merritt
I am a native of Pensacola, Florida. I am a former baseball player with the Seattle Mariners. I bought this beautiful condo in 2003 and I have been so blessed to meet a lot of great people/families over the years. My wife and I are both travel nurses. My specialty is in ER trauma and my wife is trauma ICU. We absolutely love helping people and traveling the world. We are really thankful for everyone that comes down to Orange Beach and stays at Emerald Key 602. We am willing to do everything we can to make your vacation the best you've ever had. I hope you get a chance to come to Orange Beach and spend sometime on our beautiful beaches.

Beautiful condo on the beach!
We had a wonderful time you could see dolphins from the kitchen! Tim was great answered any questions we had promptly. He checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Highly recommend 😁�🦀�🏖�

Amazing place in Orange Beach
Tim was amazing to work with and this condo was my favorite one in staying at Orange Beach in 12 years.

Beautiful, clean condo in a perfect location!
This property was everything advertised and then some. Walking into the home you immediately saw all the way to the Gulf, for breathtaking views all around. The condo itself, was spotless, up to date, and well stocked with all our needs for the week. There were many added conveniences, including TV's in every bedroom (which my kids loved for some post beach down time). The decor was tasteful, beach-chic, it really made you feel like you were on the beach. The balcony overlooked miles of beach/ Gulf. The pool on the property was a good size, and given the low density of the building, we were many times the only swimmers.
The owner, Tim, was easy to work with from Day 1 and very responsive. He was happy to help in any way possible and always accessible (although we didn't need him much, given the condo was in great working shape)!
Condo was a perfect location, much of it walking distance to shops, grocery stores, ice cream shops, restaurants. We even used the InstaCart App and had our groceries shopped for and delivered so we didn't have to waste time off the beach!
We'll be back to Emerald Key sooner than later based on this place!
