Hurricane Ian Update:

We're BACK!

Our three condo buildings are open and ready for guests. The landscaping is complete and the new Pickleball courts along with the existing tennis courts are ready for guests. Pool will be ready by mid-February. New laundry facilities on ground floor are open and new tile has been installed to the front entrance.

We are very fortunate to have our complex open and ready for guests. The Santini Plaza (across the street) will open March 2024 and new restaurants open everyday. Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo has relocation to 1 mile away by the Public.

Sitting on the balcony while watching the sunsets reminds us of how fortunate we are to be back and able to welcome guests again.

Little Piece of Paridise

This property has a great view of your own little piece of paradise. We were able to enjoy watching the dolphins, stingrays and a manatee every morning and evening from our private 6th floor balcony. The sunsets as well as the storms over the ocean were spectacular. What a treat! Great restaurants are all around. There are some options within walking distance. We ventured to Captiva, Bonita, Marco Island and the Everglades as well as the North end of Fort Myers Beach. We liked the fact this unit is in a less congested and quiet area. It was perfect for our getaway!

Great trial retirement condo with direct beach access

The view of the ocean and beach were amazing! Got to watch dolphins swim by daily while drinking my morning coffee. Plenty of restaurant options to walk to - we didn't even move our car 3 of the days. Location was A+! Condo was updated and owners provided comfy chairs, cooler & umbrella to use. 10/10 highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location!

I've been to FL many times but I can't say enough about this beautiful oceanfront condo and the incredible views from the balcony! Amidst the hustle and bustle of Spring break in Ft. Myers Beach, this was an incredible oasis! It was quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything! And the sunsets over the water were spectacular! Both inside and outside the condo the view is stunning whether you're laying in bed, sitting on the swivel chairs by the windows or on the high top swivel chairs on the balcony, you can easily get lost in the sights and sounds of the ocean and the beautiful sky! Owners Rod & Brenda were very accommodating, highly responsive when I had a question. I hated to leave but would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!!!

I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and spotless! Everything we needed for our beach vacation was right there. Including the most spectacular sunsets right from the balcony! We will definitely stay here again!
