Bright and fully air-conditioned apartment - INDEPENDENT in a residential pavilion which opens onto a beautiful garden of around 300 m2 (privacy guaranteed, all in a fenced complex). Safety is ensured by protective grids at all openings. It is located near one of the most beautiful beaches in the south of Martinique, with fine sand and a 3-minute walk from the residence. The site is truly heavenly with its stretch of beach.
You will find typical and gastronomic restaurants a few steps from the residence.

maison lumineuse

Maison agreable, lumineuse à cinq minutes à pied de la plage de la Pointe Marin, donnant sur un joli jardin cloturé sans vis à vis.Demande à être un peu rénové côté cuisine (mettre une machine à laver le linge, créer du rangement pour l'alimentaire). Des coussins pour les chaises longues seraient un plus aussi pour encore mieux profiter du jardin.Charmante propriétaire très à l'écoute qui nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup d'attentions, merci à elle. Les moustiques sont presents, climatisation dans toute la maison et raquette electrique sont de bons outils contre.

super location

Un séjour agréable dans une location tout confort et décorée avec goût. Maison bien équipée et très propre... Jardin agréable, au calme et à deux pas de la plage. Petites balades à pied à partir de la maison. La propriétaire très accueillante sympathique,réactif nous a très bien conseillé pour les visites, marches. . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Correspond parfaitement aux attentes

Bien situé. Au calme. Bonne literie. Jardin sans vis à vis. La deuxième chambre à l'étage avec salle de bain et WC est plus utile pour les enfants du couple que pour un autre couple (il y a peu d'intimité entre les deux chambres) Hormis ce point de détail, excellent rapport qualité/prix et accueil attentif de la propriétaire. Pour nous c'était parfait A refaire

Superbe séjour !

Maison idéalement située à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage, jardin lumineux et fleuri. L intérieur est très propre et la propriétaire a pris soin de nous réserver un accueil exceptionnel. Séjour mémorable avec notre famille malgré les conditions sanitaires.... Nous recommandons vivement et n jesiterons pas à revenir !
