Beautiful beach and condo
I will definitely be booking again ... Navarre has always been my favorite Beach and the Pearl was definitely one of the nicest condos I've stayed in.
Come back soon! Every season is the right season for the beach! Especially with a heated pool and hot tub!

Nice get-a-way on Gulf
The condo was clean and quiet. Good supply of towels, nice linens and art work. Only recommendation would be to update stove/oven and kitchen cabinets. Communication with owner was excellent.

Super vacation!
July27-Aug3: perfect place for a vacation. We stayed in The Pearl condo 1604 owned by Betty Evans. She was so easy to work with and her condo was just what we wanted! Very, very clean and beds were very comfortable. Stocked well and the view was absolutely gorgeous! 7 people stayed very comfortably! Would definitely rent this condo again! Pictures don't do it justice
This property was clean, comfortable, and in a superb location. The view was great and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The AC worked great too. I only have two reasons for not giving 5 stars overall. First, the range cooktop and dishwasher are older and the kitchen sink faucet was wonky. The whole place needs a little updating here and there and it looks older and dated, but it's been very well maintained. We cook a lot while at the condo so the uneven heat from the burners, worrying about the dishwasher rack falling out of the appliance were not fun, and rinsing dishes with a faucet that was kinda broken was challenging, but we made do and it was overall fine. Also, for me personally, the beds were too firm. My husband loved it, but I was quite uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend the condo for a short stay like ours. We stayed 4 nights. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for check in and check out.
Glad you enjoyed the condo, the way it is stocked and its spectacular views! I had no knowledge of any problems with the faucet or dishwasher but will have them checked immediately. Housekeeping would have been happy to re-seat the stove eyes. We try and respond immediately if there are problems in the unit.
Beautiful condominium!
Even though we braved bits of Tropical Storm Barry... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pearl 1604. Beautifully decorated and a seemingly very large 2 bedroom! One of the nicest units I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay.
