Very comfortable place in a nice setting
Tim’s place was perfect for two families with young teens and tweens. The kids had a great time playing pool and shuffleboard in the basement, which gave the adults quiet time upstairs. Kitchen was well appointed and the fireplace added ambience.

Family weekend
We had a nice visit. The cabin was clean and cozy. Tim the owner was very responsive and friendly. It was perfect for a short weekend getaway.
Home Away from Home
Our family...children, grandchildren and great grandchildren had a wonderful stay at the Dougherty Pocono Home. We will return again if we need accommodations at Locust Lake.
Very comfortable house.
The house met all our needs. We had three teenagers and we didn’t hear one complaint because they had the entire downstairs to themselves! I also had my 82yr old mother who liked to sit out on the deck and watch the wild life. We saw tons of wild turkeys, deer and yes even a bear! The neighbors and employees of locust lake are super friendly. We chose to go to the smaller lake because it was pretty empty every day. It was very relaxing! We also liked the take out from Dominic’s on 940.
