Welcome to Nifty Shades of Gray, a truly luxurious beach-front home with amazing panoramic ocean views and professionally decorated décor. With 5 beds, 4 baths, and parking for 4 vehicles, this beautiful home is located on the east end of 30A and only a few minute walk to downtown Rosemary Beach's open markets, shops, and restaurants. After a long day at the beach, or exploring 30A, the large deck and balcony are a great place to relax and enjoy a world-class coastal sunset! Nifty Shades of Gray has plenty of space for family looking to spread out and relax, multiple families vacationing together, or entertaining friends and family.
Entering the first floor, you can see the ocean straight through the house. The first floor has a bunk room that sleeps 6 with 2x twin over queen bunks, full bathroom, and small second living room. The first-floor deck has amazing views, plenty of seating, a built-in cooking area, and fire bit. The second-floor has an open kitchen and living with spectacular panoramic views out the hexagonal windows. Additionally, there are 3 king bedrooms, 2 are en suites, as well as a second bunkroom with a twin over full with a trundle. The house comes with four Paradise Properties bikes for you to explore the East side of 30A, Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Women of a certain age

Our annual girls trip was wonderful! The homes panoramic views (even in the rain) and fire pit was a highlight. The property managers were responsive to some minor details. I would highly recommend this home, which is in a great location to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach!

Beautiful views

We had a great week at Nifty shades of gray. The views from the kitchen/ livingroom area are amazing, the short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made it so easy to enjoy the beach with kids. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and management was quick to help with anything we needed. I saw previous reviews talking about dirty furniture but the furniture was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay

The layout and space of Nifty Shades of Gray was the best ever. The children, cousins of various ages, had ample sleeping space downstairs with their own den and large bath. The adults had a the whole upstairs…4 BR and 3 Baths, kitchen, den, and dining combo. Rooms were spacious, but the small room was missing a closet and storage for clothes. The house had everything needed for a comfortable week. However, it had a roach problem. Someone came to spray, but roaches were still around for our week! That could have been a problem because if construction next door! There was an electrical issue that was attended to immediately! There was also an issue with the ice machine…it hasn't worked in a while and there were no plans to replace it. A fridge ice maker is not big enough to handle a large number of guests. Some fixer-ups inside should be addressed. It's too nice a home to let it show such wear and tear! All and all we love Nifty Shades of Gray at Inlet Beach, Florida.

4th time we've stayed. We love the property. Unfortunately, the furniture is filthy. I put sheets over it just to sit on it. Probably dated. Lots of bugs this year inside for some reason. The Laidback chair service is the best we've had

Our Third Stay at Nifty Shades of Gray!

As always we loved the house and our stay at Nifty Shades! However - we do have some feedback to share after this trip. Let me begin with the broken air conditioner (mini-split) in the kitchen and family room area. The property management company was VERY prompt in installing a portable unit which was a tremendous help - but the mini split which wasn't working when we checked in was never fixed during our two week stay. Secondly - the furniture in the family room area (the couch and chairs) are getting pretty dirty and ragged. The wear and tear is to be expected in a rental - I'm only noting this as its probably time to recover or replace them - they are pretty bad. Finally - a few things need repaired/replaced. The front door lock and handle - though functional - is almost broken and should be replaced. The ice machine in the laundry isn't working and master bedroom mattress is VERY soft and probably in need of replacement as well. Again - though we had a lovely time - I thought it important to share this feedback to keep up the high ratings this rental usually receives. Thank you for all your help and support!
