The master bedroom is light and spacious, fitted with pine furniture and with a large white finish twin wardrobe, which provides ample hanging space, and room for suitcases. There is a pine dressing table with mirrors, and additional lighting. The adjoining en-suite shower room opens off the dressing area. Bedroom 2 is at the furthest end of the corridor. This room is fitted with two modern beds, bedside table each, and a large built-in wardrobe. This room has a small balcony, which is accessed through the patio doors. Bedroom 3 is similar to bedroom 2, but has a smaller wardrobe, and no balcony. Both these rooms are close to the family bathroom at the end of the corridor. All bedroom floors are ceramic tiled.

Al Sakia Village is a select development of Villas, Town Houses and Apartments located in the 'golden triangle' of Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quarteira and is ideally located for easy access to a variety of coastal attractions as well as the championship golf courses, all within a few minutes drive. Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday on one of the nearby glorious sandy beaches or looking to spend a more active time, this area has everything you could wish for. Vilamoura's Marina with plentiful restaurants, bars, nightlife and casino is a just a few minutes drive from the apartment and here at the marina you can arrange boat/fishing trips and other excursions. The lively holiday town of Quarteira with its long beach promenade and spotlessly clean beach is close at hand as is the Aqua Park and the Vila Sol Golf Course. The local market is held every Wednesday and is a 10 minute walk from the apartment as is Lidl supermarket and some local restaurants.

Why Denise Salman chose Quarteira
The apartment is located in an 'Urbanizacao' (urbanisation), which means the development is primarily for local residents. So, the 'village' is always occupied throughout the year, so there is the usual bustle of family life every day. Some holiday developments can become ghostly quiet out of season. The facilities available for the residents include the gardens, gym, pool & tennis courts, and a good cafe/restaurant on site.
What makes this apartment unique
Being on the top floor we do enjoy the views from the lounge balcony. The location at Passis is close to the coast, but away from the noise and bright lights of the sea front in Quarteira.
