Stone, teak wood and cement mix and match in this very unique design with dining & living spaces giving onto a broad terrace and garden just next to the sea.It is an ideal set up for sea lovers seeking peace and relaxing holidays .Late night dip and star gazing is pretty common in villa Aggeliki. Ideal for families, water sports fans,reunion holidays, weddings, romantic getaways, private parties ,only 65 km from Athens international airport.

1st bedroom with queen size bed+ bunk bed + sofa bed just in case it is needed

in the hallway between bedrooms NOT in the leaving room, sofa bed two singles .

Evia is the second biggest island of Greece in the Aegean sea, separated from the mainland by the Evian gulf and the straits of Evripos with its unique tidal phenomena. Totally unspoiled with Mediterranean smells. Evia although an island enjoys the privilege of vicinity to Athens, thus one can easily commute to Athens either by the bridge or by ferry.

The ancient city of Eretria is 2km from the villa. In Evia you could visit ancient sites, medieval castles, byzantine churches and monasteries and enjoy the unique ecosystem, sand and pebble beaches. Evia boasts fruitful valleys, forests,caves, gorges and magical shores with tranquility and charming fishing villages. Due to its location- middle of Greece, easy access to high way- , one can plan day trips all over Greece. Greek Parthenon is only one and half our drive, famous Delphi the center of earth same, Meteora two and half hrs drive, Olympia three hrs drive.....

A great experience

The house is spectacular , the situation is ideal beachfront with access to the beach at any time you can go for a swim and relax back to its beautiful garden . The views are beautiful both day and night and the interior of the house is really comfortable thanks to the open spaces. What makes the experience even more unforgettable is the hospitality of its owners . Despina and Doris advised us impeccably , places to visit , restaurants ,,, let yourself be helped by them.

I am a banker ,and manage villa Aggeliki on behalf of our family. This is the place where we spend family holidays all together sometimes. Our whole family is a group of 20 with ages from three to eighty. We have turned the house to accommodtae us all comfortably.It is not difficult to accomodate big groups during summer, as all activity is outdoors , the garden is huge and private. We only enter the house for a bath and sleep. This villa is the place to enjoy holidays , especially when families have young children!

This Property Has Been in the Family for Almost Half a Century, It Has Passed Down to Our Generation by Our Parents. Every Single Member of Our Family Has Memories in This House and All Our Children Have Enjoyed Long Long Summer Holidays in This Unique Villa. Very easy access, either via car or shuttle service from E.L Venizelos Athens International airport to Eretria port.

Additionally its proximity to Athens and mild climate conditions makes it a destination all year around. We have planned day excursions for our guests that cover all there is to see in Athens area, Delphi, Olympia, Meteora and more.. Summer holidays are gorgeous in Villa Aggeliki, but Fall & Spring are unique as well!
