Beautiful View!

I loved the decor and the bed was super comfortable, but nothing beats that view! I was lucky to get to see some thunder/lightening storms while there. I can't wait to come back :-)

Great location

Great place to stay and an excellent location. RJ was quick to respond to questions and easy to deal with. Only issue i can see with property is it needs a deep clean but other than that everything else was good

Location!

I had previous reviews with concerns about cleanliness. I had contacted the owner who relayed he had hired a new cleaning company. I had no issues with the overall condition and cleanliness of the condo. The views were amazing and this is one of the best locations to stay in downtown boise. Several premium restaurants, bars, and entertainment within 100 yards. Parking available at the attached parking garage and nearly everything you may want is a short walk. I'd highly recommend a stay at this location.

Buyer Beware

We should have taken the 2018 review to heart. The property is in a fantastic location, but everything else was awful. We got in late Saturday night, and really didn't look at the place until the next morning. It was filthy, I imagine even worse than it was in 2018. My wife started cleaning, we figured, the place was in a good location, we'd do the linens and it would be acceptable. We spent Sunday out and came home in the evening. When we realized the extent of the filth, we contacted RJ and asked for some sort of refund. He offered to send the cleaners back; (we later realized the cleaner was no professional) a real cleaning would take multiple days and we did not want someone there during our stay. We were uncomfortable using any of the untensils, the refrigerator had moldy food in it and layers of dust made my allergies go crazy. We changed our plans and spent most of our time outside the property. After hours on the phone with VRBO and texts to the owner, we were offered no help and felt trapped. I have an extensive file of pictures of how bad this property is/was. Neither cared. This experience has caused me to question VRBO.
