The perfect place for a Sea Esta!

Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom is also a gaming/movie room, with 2 twin beds, a larger flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player and a gaming system.

The kitchen, dining area, and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. There are French doors separating this area from the bedrooms. The family room has a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with a second full sized sofa for plenty of seating. The dining area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six, and the breakfast bar has another four barstools to seat a total of ten. The kitchen is stocked with granite countertops, stainless appliances, large pantry, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach.

A large screened in porch in back faces the wooded area surrounding the private community lake. It has a comfy pit group sofa & coffee table, along with another bistro-style table with seating for four. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with another table for four, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy front porch with seating for four.

Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas, a trellis to shade your car, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles.

Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Tom Thumb, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, a pizza place, an ice cream shop, and a shop for beach toys and other items.

You won't find a better value this close to the beach! We hope you visit Sea Esta and fall in love with it as much as we have!

SeaEsta always impresses!

This is our 8th stay at SeaEsta and it continues to impress! The house is always clean and supplied with everything you need for your vacation. And the back porch is a slice of heaven. We used the bikes and the beach equipment nearly every day this week. The owners are great and very helpful if you need anything. We already have reservations for next year.

6 week winter getaway

We were very pleased with our whole rental experience. The house had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. It is located in a charming, quiet neighbourhood, with lots of trees and greenery providing privacy. It was a short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed daily. Ooh la la! The beach is gorgeous! Although it was cool in January and February, we loved walking the beach daily.

Family get away

Too much to say about this comfortable home! Even better than we expected, so spacious, extremely clean, had everything we needed. Owner was so accessible for any questions. We plan to stay at Sea Esta again!

Such a relaxing trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. Some of our favorite things were the proximity to the beach as well as proximity to good restaurants, shopping, and other activities. It included all the little amenities that made it feel like home—kitchen essentials, TV, beach equipment, plenty of seating, a screened porch—all tucked in a cozy and quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. We are already anticipating our next trip back and would love the opportunity to stay in Sea Esta again!

Our family has frequently visited Cassine Village in Seagrove Beach for the past 5-6 years. We've been looking to buy a beach property and fell in love with this beautiful home. It has not been rented before, and it is in immaculate condition. We love riding bikes & walking in the morning, hanging out at the beach during the day, and feasting at many of the local restaurants in the evening. We often visit nearby Seaside and Rosemary beach but prefer a quiet day in Cassine Village and cooking out for dinner.

Why they chose this property

We've stayed in 2 other homes in Cassine, a condo on the beach, a town home down the road, and a large home for a family reunion. After spending time up and down the panhandle, Cassine is our favorite place, and this is our favorite home.
