Family Fun

Excellent location. No hassle check in. A little dated but didn’t bother us. Needs a deep clean throughout. Kitchen had plenty of items for cooking. Great having 3 full baths. Hot tub room could be vented more for the chlorine. We would rent this again.

Great location, good owners, Vacasa (mgmt co)drops the ball.

This property is in a good location to enjoy Granby Ranch. It has a good layout and the basics are there. The hot tub was nice after skiing all day. Vacasa manages this property poorly. We received a checkin email with the wrong door code. After nearly an hour on hold, which they never answered, we separately reached the owners. They were very nice and corresponded with us. They also had the wrong door code. They had to call Vacasa through a separate number and provided us a code that worked. Vacasa never did answer or provide a code. It was 5 degrees outside and we waited for over an hour including 40 minutes on hold and 30 minutes dealing with the owners. The property is an older condo and much of the furniture is well-used. The hot tub worked and was nice after skiing. However, the garbage disposal did not work and therefore the water in the sink did not drain unless we stirred it with a plastic spoon handle. The fire alarm was disconnected in the kitchen. This was reported to the owners who said they put in a ticket, but it was not fixed while we were there, I guess safety and fire codes are not a priority to Vacasa. I guess this is all trivial, but indicative of a real problem with the management company- Vacasa. These owners are really nice and they tried, but I definitely would have liked to know what I was getting into before renting any property managed (or not managed in this case) by Vacasa. I will never rent from Vacasa again.
