The third floor (viewing now) is a sunny, art filled, well-appointed and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment, which has two double beds and two twin beds. It's spacious and modern with accents of eccentricity built in. The third floor is not readily handicapped accessible and the stairs are quite narrow (our first floor might be a better option). It is perfect for families and couples.

The kitchen is stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, pantry items, condiments etc., a washer and dryer and fresh new linens and towels will be waiting for you and your friends and family.

The backyard boasts a fire pit and wet bar with ample seating for a three-season barbecue.

You can rent one, two for three floors!

First floor (vrbo # 890284) is a two bedroom with a double and king bed and can sleep four people.

Second (vrbo # 652811) is a three bedroom apartments and can sleep six people each.

Third floor (vrbo # 565305) is a three bedroom apartment and can sleep six people.

There is a secluded backyard with Gazebo, fire-pit, and wet bar.

Walk, bike, cab, drive to the Old Port (within minutes of apartment) which is filled with shops, museums, small gauge railway, 5 star restaurants, pubs and bars, beach, Casco Bay Ferry Terminal, Grey Hound Bus, Amtrak-Por.

This apartment was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The 3 bedrooms were great for our group of 6. We loved the fresh decor in the apartment and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Although we stayed too busy to take advantage of the backyard, it looked very inviting with the outdoor seating and grill area. The neighborhood was awesome with a nice coffee shop and market right across the street. The promenade was just a short walk down the hill, and walking downtown was an easy 10 minute walk. Overall, we would definitely recommend Corey's apartment and the Munjoy Hill neighborhood!

Beautiful East End, Munjoy Hill Three Bedroom Apartments

Cozy top-floor flat in great neighborhood

This surprisingly spacious apartment is well-stocked, comfortable, cheerfully decorated, and in a terrific neighborhood. Wonderful restaurants, breweries, and coffeehouses await in a two-block radius; Blue Spoon, Rosemont Bakery, Hilltop Coffee, Lolita, and Oxbow Brewery are just outside the door, and we tried all of them! A great park, the Eastern Promenade, is just down the hill, with lovely views of the water and an off-leash area for dogs. Downtown Portland (with Holy Donuts, the art museum, etc) is within a half hour's walk. Corey was an excellent host, very accommodating and eager to make sure we had a nice stay. The apartment is up two flights of narrow, steep stairs, but that didn't pose any problem for us or the dog. The main heating source is in the dining area, so if you close the doors, the bedrooms are chilly at night, but flannel sheets and warm covers kept us very comfortable. A great spot for enjoying all that Portland has to offer.

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

Our group really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was super cute and well stocked. The backyard was a wonderful space for our party and we were a 15 minute walk to downtown Portland. Only thing to be aware of is the steps leading up to the third floor are really small and narrow! Other than that it was a great stay!

Simply Perfect!

My husband and I and my 4 sons,

18-28 reunited for a family wedding for a long weekend last month in October.

Corey's place was so perfect in every way, as well as the location too. We just crossed the street and got our wine and cheese at the little shop. Coffee and scones in the morning next door . We tried to eat in the restaurant downstairs but didn't make a reservation as you suggested and couldn't get in . Another time! You can see the ocean when you walk outside the front door . The atmosphere inside and out was quaint and comfortable and gorgeous foliage and blowing leaves made it that much better. Summertime next. Corey was a great host and the place was stocked with everything. After dinner we hung out back around the fire, then stayed up til 3:30 am playing Monopoly that we found on the shelf.

Good times had by all to talk about for years to come.

Great location, the place was plenty of space for our party of 3, we had everything we need.

Super space. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was ideal with water to the left of us a few walking blocks away, to places to eat and drink literally outside our door step, to a lovely stroll to downtown Portland. The owner was a charm in dealing with our minor issues and dealt with them patiently and efficiently. Thank you for opening your place to us.

Beautiful Condo, great neighborhood, near the ocean and 5 minutes to downtown Portland

Beautiful condo. The four of us enjoyed it very much. However, we did not expect the stairs to the 3rd level apartment to be so narrow... bordering on dangerous. All 4 of us at one point or another almost slipped. It might be helpful to communicate the narrow staircase to the top floor in your description so expectations are set. The owners also knew that it was going to be a 80-90 degree day the day we arrived, but all the windows were closed and the house was at 88 degrees inside. The house was however, very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood has a number of stores and restaurants and it's 5 minutes by car to downtown Portland. On our second night there, the owner texted me and sent a very curt response about my dogs barking and to "correct the situation." It would have been so much easier if she had called me and explained what the situation was and if we can get home and calm the dogs down. The text message was very rude.

Owner's Response: My intention was not to be rude, I apologize. I sent you a text in order to intrude on your time in Portland as little as possible and alert you that the dogs were barking so that you could take care of them. As for the heat in the apartment I assume that the air conditioners and fans quickly cooled down the apartment. In regard to the stairs, I do call this "the tree house apartment" for a reason and make it clear that it is a three story walk-up. My first and second floors are available for rent and they do not have the narrow stairway. Wish you the best, Corey
