Beautiful old home, updated and full of everything you will need for your stay!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this home to attend our son's graduation from WVSOM. We had plenty of room, clean linens, and all the charm of an old southern home! This beautiful home was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is a short drive to the Greenbriar and to Lewisburg. The owners are generous and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this rental!

Old World Charm

  • 5 of 5

Great old house. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of charm, with all the modern conveniences. Back patio & deck, and yard definite pluses for a group. A 3rd bathroom would be an improvement for a 3 or 4-couple group. Some nice restaurants and pubs in White Sulfur Springs (WSS). Greenbriar will take up at least a day, but not much else to see in WSS. Lewisburg (9 miles west) is more interesting. Lost World Caverns a must: Self-guided and well worth the $13 adult admission charge. Other caves in area to see as well. A couple of really nice, reasonably-priced golf courses in area if you don't want to pay $250 or $400 at Greenbriar. One in Lewisburg, and one 2 1/2 miles up from the house on Big Draft Draft Rd. in WSS. $25 - $40 for 18 holds w/ cart. Views of mountains and streams at the WSS course are breathtaking.

Perfect for a large family!

  • 5 of 5

We LOVED the house and all the thoughtful touches like the toys, the s’mores fixings, the magazines, the firewood and the kids loved the Alexas. It’s a perfect location to enjoy Greenbrier activities, river fun and Lewisburg. Book it folks, you won’t go wrong.

Perfect place for family reunion

  • 4 of 5

This home is really close enough to walk to the Greenbrier. We had a family reunion and enjoyed having the living areas and large dining room for gatherings,. We didn’t use the outdoor areas due to the weather but they would be nice if it was warm.

We did use the kitchen and the washer/dryer and both were well equipped. Everything you need to cook is provided. The bedrooms were nicely appointed and the towels plentiful and nice. We did have problems with several technology issues and broken closet doors but the owner was responsive and would have sent someone to repair if we had wanted them too.

We were disappointed that the “town” of White Sulfur Springs doesn’t offer much but with the Greenbrier right there, we had plenty to do and lovely dining options.

Home with old world charm

  • 4 of 5

We came to visit family and stayed here at this lovely house. Nicely updated with great back yard area for grilling with fire pit. Our only wish is the beds were a bit softer. We will consider staying here again.
