Très bon séjour.

Un petit weekend dans une grande maison..Avec la pluie nous sommes restés dedans et avons bien profité de la cheminée du babyfoot et du billard.La maison est grande,les couchages sont de qualités.Le calme des environs est très appréciable.l équipement est un petit peu trop "vintage....mais ça le fait quand même.Nous avons passé un très bon weekend.

Au bord de la forêt :-)

Beaucoup de couchages possibles et très grande pièce de vie, 3 salles de bain, multiples équipements de détente (billard, baby, ping pong, fléchettes..). La vue sur la forêt est très apaisante, et on est à moins de 10 mn à pieds de la plage du bassin, 15 mn en vélo pour l'océan... Commerces et marché à pieds, vraiment un excellent emplacement, au calme et près de tout.

Un bon endroit pour des vacances en famille

Villa bien située et très spacieuse à l’ambiance vintage, qui ne manque d’aucun équipement pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Une maison qui a arrêtée de vivre dans les années 70

A l 'arrivé une odeur dérangeante d humidité "de vieux", qui a persistée plusieurs jours ,une grande pièce de vie avec de grandes baies vitrées très agréables mais très sombre dés la nuit tombée surtout pour manger(17h30 en hiver ).Pas un endroit confortable pour s'installer pour lire ou regarder la télé, banquette en contrebas dont les coussins fins et sals ne donnaient pas envie de rester et au dessus 2 grands canapés en cuir en fin de vie qui, une fois assis, vous êtes au ras du sol et plus possible de vous en sortir. on voit même sur un, le fond en train de lâcher. On a l impression que cette maison qui a arrêtée de vivre dans les années 70 attend son dernier "vrai" propriétaire et qu il va arriver pour se mettre a table avec nous, vu le mobilier et la déco...je ne pense pas que des locataires aient besoin de Larousse médical ou de la genèse de l'homme durant leur séjour ou tout a un tas de livre du "rider digest"...maison familiale on ne peut en douter ,certainement plus agréable en pleine saison que là, ou on est obliger de subir l intérieur. Ce qui est très dommage c'est le manque d entretien intérieur et extérieur , infiltration d'eau dans les wc, taches au plafond(d'où l'odeur d humidité)...Malgré tout nous avons passez de superbes moments avec notre fille et nos amis, fait de belles balades ne vélo et à pied en bord de mer car elle est très bien située et a cette saison là très calme. Nous voulions découvrir le cap ferret en dehors de la belle saison ou c 'est inabordable vu le monde et bien.... c 'est fait.
