Come be our Guest at our newly renovated and restored Condo Apartment, VILLA JULIET (this is not a studio but a separate one bedroom/one bath condo) in the Historic Palm Beach Hotel in the heart of prime Palm Beach, ONE BLOCK TO BEAUTIFUL SANDY BEACH!! We love our 3rd floor condo as it is on the desirable front of building, SOUTH- facing and with a delightful Juliet balcony with French doors opening to lush views, tree tops and roofs of Palm Beach with the Breakers Hotel in the distance!

Open the French doors to the balcony and enjoy the warm breeze and the sights over the top of Palm Beach. At dusk and into the evening it is just magical with the lights, the stars and the sky!

Just installed 2 NEW 50" smart TVs - one is bedroom and the other in Living Room.

Complimentary VALET PARKING if you have a car.

Fully equipped condo refurbished with quality furnishings, all new kitchen and bath. Built in 1925, the Palm Beach Hotel is a registered heritage building within the Town of Palm Beach and reflects the architectural details of its era - many of which have been preserved.

It also offers a 24 hour concierge service, a HUGE HEATED POOL, grand foyer/reception area, library and lounge on mezzanine level, large refurbished covered terrace/loggia open to delightful streetscape of Sunrise Ave. In terms of security, the Condominium has implemented a key/fob access system for all entry points in the building. Easy to use and secure.

We have a management service onsite that looks after our guests during their stay - from arrival to departure details.

No frills but nice

I would have appreciated coffee in the apartment and perhaps a note or magazine on places to visit or things to do while visiting. On the positive, the condo was well situated near a variety of places to dine or just have morning coffee. The apartment was clean and well situated for relaxing with a huge porch.

Post-Easter visit

My husband and I stayed a couple nights at the end of our trip to see family and friends and we have stayed at this location before but not this unit. It is such a fun hotel and the location is great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Also, within walking distance to the beach and the bike trail. The unit is very well appointed, and we look forward to staying there again.

Perfect getaway

Pictures accurately represent the room. Hallways seemed a little creepy, but it’s a 100-year old building! All kidding aside, great location and everything worked as expected. The ac unit in the living room kept the whole place cool, but the bonus ac in the bedroom helped keep things cooler at night. Short 2 block walk to the beach, and the included beach chairs and umbrella made the trip great! Kitchen is very small, but sufficient for 2 people. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
