Recognized as one of the most beautiful houses in France, Colombier 1614, classified with exceptional dimensions welcomes you with originality, space and charm unusual.

Under the impressive oak enrayure carried by the powerful central pillar are the dining area (12 to 14 Everyone sits around the large table), a cozy lounge space and the space beautiful and well equipped ( induction hob, fan oven, 2 refrigerators, freezer ...

On the 1st floor you will find a spacious couple bedroom (160 x 200), a large bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), a bathroom with shower, independent toilet.

The second floor also includes a pair of bedroom, children's room, a bathroom with tub and toilet; This is a small utility room with washing machine, ironing board etc ...

The top floor is admired and enthusiasm: a couple of rooms of 50 sqm can be discovered in the open-framework in the form of stars, the top of the room is 7 meters high!

A charming dependency is available to about thirty meters from Colombier: a miniature house '- an authentic bread oven restored - offers a fun 6th bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200) and 1 bathroom toilet.

The park of 1500 m², with orchard and part shade for summer lawn party in the sun, provides pleasant lunch outdoors. Garden furniture is available. Parking is at the input of the property. Two good bakeries are 5 minutes walk from Colombier ***. All shops at 400 m, including a Carrefour Market of 2500 m².

All rooms at Colombier surprise by their space and charm (about 17 m2 each, 50 m2 on the ground to the top floor in the beautiful open-framework asteroid). The old joists, driven by strong oak beams centuries old blends with the charm of furniture to create a warm atmosphere. The rooms are very quiet (walls are 85 cm thick!) Torque beds are 160 x 200 quilts are 2. 20 mx 40 m 2, the mattresses are new and quality.

The kitchen is well equipped with large work surface (over 2 meters), excellent level of induction cooker with specific cooking equipment, 2 refrigerators, freezer 3 trays, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine , toaster, specific water heater to the kitchen to have instant hot water, deeper than usual bins for washing large dishes ... a special care has been taken in the equipment in the kitchen for the Masters and Mistresses home during our stay!

A wonderful family gathering in a truly beautiful house

The idea was to celebrate my 70th birthday with my children and grandchildren and I could not have found a better place. Such a beautiful house with more than enough room for us all (7 adults and 4 children), we could all eat together - inside or outside. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the large garden for the kids (and adults) to play games. We all found the surrounding area delightful: beautiful beaches, remarkable restaurants and stunning scenery. You have completed an amazing restoration and we are thankful to you that we can enjoy the results of your hard work.

Tranquil location & great house for a family holiday

The property is a piece of history in the idyllic French countryside, yet a 5 minute walk to a supermarket. The area is beautiful and the house nicely restored. Ofranville has everything you need but retains the village feel. Antoine and Caroline couldn't have been more helpful in planning our holiday and it was much appreciated, Thank you!

Great property for holiday for friends or family

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday in this lovely gite. It is great for a party up to 12 people. It is very spacious, full of character and renovated to a high standard. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful garden and walking in the area. Offranville is a very pleasant village, very close to nice beaches. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice Dieppe is.

Le Colombier *** is ideally situated close (200 m) from the center of the charming village of Offranville and yet surrounded by large gardens and trees, not overlooked. The environment is quiet. The beaches are 5 minutes away by car. The village of Varengeville sea is 4 km. The fishing port and marina of Dieppe is 8 km with many very nice restaurants on the waterfront, cries of seagulls and charming scenery guaranteed!

The end of the 4-way Rouen-Dieppe is 5 km. It takes about two hours from Paris to reach the Colombier ***.
