Our Bethany Dunes home is located just one off the beach in the private, gated community of Bethany Dunes. Come and enjoy the serenity and spectacular views our house has to offer. The reverse floor plan allows you to have ocean views from every room of the house and a panoramic view from the third floor sun deck. Private beach access is directly across the street.
The house offers five spacious bedrooms, two of which are master suites, and one is a third floor loft that houses six twin beds and also has an attached bathroom.
There are multiple decks for relaxing in the sun and a screened porch with ample seating for your comfort. A game room is located on the ground level with full sized air hockey and foosball tables. Nice for rainy day play.
The entire house has been completely renovated within the past 2 years including the kitchen, all bathrooms, and all new wood flooring. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances including a stand alone ice maker that will make up to 30 lbs. of ice a day for your convenience.
There are two outdoor showers so you can clean off after a day on the beach. Community tennis courts are also available. It is very safe for children to ride bikes and explore while parents can supervise and enjoy watching while relaxing on the decks.
Linens and towels are not provided. I can provide the name of a local, reputable linen rental company if interested.

Family Reunion

Great stay with all adult siblings at Bethany Beach. The location of the beach is directly across the street and the beach is huge and pristine. The double outdoor showers and beach equipment is fantastic for a beach stay. We enjoyed the enormous kitchen to prepare meals all together and the large gathering spaces in the great room, outdoor porches and game room. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful Week at Bethany Beach!

Beautiful home - clean & spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, quiet neighborhood, large kitchen and dining area, fun game room and very easy access to a clean, not crowded beach! Highly Recommend!

Great Big Family Home

Perfect beach house for 2+ families !!!

This house is perfect for families traveling together, and it was perfect for our extended family of nine (7 adults and two big kids) for a very warm weekend in October. Everything has already been said here in the reviews but I LOVED the huge living area, screened in porch, giant fridge, ice maker… and the big big table that let us all eat together and play a couple of board games at once. Bonus: a lot of stuff like light switches are labeled, which is such a blessing after you’ve had a glass of wine on your first night, and you’re doing well just to remember which bedroom is yours :) Thank you, Michelle! What a great and special place.
