It was so nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and all. Plenty of warmth for everyone and just perfect!! Loved the location!! Perfect for families with doggies and that want to play Pickle Ball!! Thank You so Much!!
The location was awesome. The house was updated and well equipped. The only issues were the beds, which caused our family to leave at 11pm the first night. They both had a significant sag in the middle and they were afraid of falling through. After our stay the host said if she had known she would have replaced the beds. 11 pm on 7/2? Did they know they needed to be replaced? Would return if the beds were replaced.
My family and I had a wonderful time enjoying the snow at Shelly’s place.
The place was very clean, plenty of towels and extra blankets.
It was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need, the TV has access to a wide array of entertainment options, and with the open floor plan, it feels even bigger than listed.
We’ve been coming to big bear every year and this is the best spot we’ve stayed at so far. Thanks Shelly.
This rental was the perfect spot for the 4th of July weekend! Amazing views of the lake, walking distance to the the village, park, and the lake shoreline. The house was very very clean and had everything that we needed with lots of towels, blankets, and it even had toiletries. Beds were very comfy with soft linens.. Loved this house and it was very quiet. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for making our family trip to Big Bear the best one ever!!
The property worked perfectly for us. It is centrally located and walking distance to the lake, playgrounds and restaurants. Had a nice weekend and would stay here again.

My name is Shelly, I'm a native of Utah, and a Realtor in Orange County, CA. I moved to Southern California almost 23 years ago. About three years after that I discovered Big Bear. Its always been a dream of mine to own property in the area and now with a smile, I can say I do :-)
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with Big Bear on a vacation more than 20 years ago. I knew right away I wanted to have a place to call my own out here and now I have a few in Big Bear. I love the area by the lake, its quiet but still close to everything the city has to offer. I hope you get the chance to visit and you find it as enchanting as I do.
What makes this property unique
Quiet Days, Days filled with long walks and relaxation with scenic views... Than there are the days where we go boating or snowskiing depending on the weather. Its simply a place that has to be on everyones bucketlist
