This is a lovely, well-furnished casita with great access.

  • 5 of 5

This lovely, well-furnished 1-bedroom casita came exactly as described in the listing. The decor is beautifully done and very comfortable with a nice, new full kitchen and two enclosed patios.

It provides close and easy access to downtown and to main thoroughfares in all directions. The owner proved to be very accessible for good information. My wife and I would be very pleased to stay here again on future trips to Santa Fe.

Charming, spacious and conveniently located

  • 5 of 5

The casita captures the warmth and charm of adobe-style architecture and furnishings in generously sized rooms. The bedroom is spacious and is adjoined by a large walk-in closet lined with shelves and a small dressing area. There's no excuse for living out of a suitcase here! The bathroom also is large. Skylights bring in lots of natural light on sunny days. Best of all is the front courtyard with its very private portal, a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Its vintage glider is hypnotizing. There's also a rear courtyard for grilling. We could have spent hours just enjoying the house, but Santa Fe offers so much to do and much of it is walkable or just a short drive from the casita. We hit the Railyard galleries and Plaza shops without ever moving the car from its covered parking space. Restaurants and supermarkets (Trader Joe's, Albertsons, Whole Foods) also are nearby. Barbara was pleasant and responsive to text and emails, a pleasure to deal with. I definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

The casita was beautiful. It was exquisitely decorated in Santa Fe style and located within walking distance to downtown and the rail yard. Barbara was great. Booking was easy, she provided very good directions for arrival and was very helpful in providing local information. Also, the casita was well appointed to meet your every need ( even a yoga mat). My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Santa Fe. I highly recommend Barbara's casita.
